Definitely uses deceptive marketing tactics to take your money. I would stay far far away. Worst experience of my life.

The company uses deceptive marketing of…
The company uses deceptive marketing of their pricing and services. Like many, I was fooled by their $99 introductory fee for the first month. The virtual consultation is a waste of time, and the doctor will require additional labs/testing to prescribe medication. After getting the lab results back, I had a second virtual consultation, and the clinician said she couldn’t prescribe me medication and I would need to see someone in-person.
I disputed the $99 charge with my credit card company. Done then sent my insurance carrier a $175 and a $600 bill.

Horrible company
Horrible company, complete scam. Not real doctors and then they don’t let you cancel. Save your time and your money. This is a giant waste of time.

Very disappointed, over before it began.
Very disappointed, I was originally excited and heard about the 99$ holiday fee then 75$ after. I did everything to go get my documents from my previous psychiatrist and had another document I typed up to help understand my situation. Got all the documents filled and ready. I had my appointment for 6am and I got up early for it. Prepared and in the end not only did I get on 5 mins before it started the app and the browser changed to check in to please wait while your prescription is being prepared.... ??? I knew something was wrong. No number to called and emailed the company at 6:01am. Then I had to schedule for a customer call at 10:30am. But at this point I didn't like how 30 mins later they said when I clicked back on the link saying oops it looks like you missed your appointment.... Very insulting they said we will give you 100$ discount to reschedule. I checked my online bank account the original appointment was priced at 200$ (199$) and then the reschedule was 100$ and the coupon was supposed to be like a compliment or something? So I paid for nothing and prepared for nothing and had to schedule the next day. I know it was difficult with my previous psychiatrist but at this point. I'll just go back. Least I get to pay in payments than have a whole chunk taken from me and a message that basically says, "too bad" I should have listened to the reviews. I cannot believe a psychiatric medical company would be this bad. If anything it would be bad for your health to keep interacting with them. Especially when you do have ADHD and time seems to be trouble with many and the time I am on there on time apparently on time is late and there is nothing you can do about it. I'm done with them.

Fine at first, not anymore
For the first few months, everything was fine. But recently, I resumed service and was charged the $79. Prescription was erroneously sent to the wrong pharmacy, and I provided a new one and was told this would take up to five days. Followed up on day 5,6, and today was day 7 multiple times and haven't heard back for a few days now, not gas my prescription been transferred. So I'm still without medication, and now tomorrow and Monday are holidays so I guess it will be half a month with no meds.
Update - I scheduled a call with this supposed care line as done wanted below, just to be stood up at the scheduled call time. Real nice.

Not worth your time or money
Not worth your time or money! I tried to reach out to let them know the medicine was not working for me, I actually broke out in a rash. I received two messages saying someone would reach out to me within 72 hours but no one ever did. I thought I cancelled the membership but they continued to charge me. I submitted a request to be refund the month that I was charged after I had not spoken with someone or received medicine in months. They did not bother to respond or reimburse my charge but just sent an emailing closing the request. Poor customer service for sure.. especially with a company supposedly there to help with mental health.

Nice people but paid for nothing
Nice people but paid for nothing. I am on a certain medication so they wanted to review my chart. I am scheduled for a month away. I was told by my provider a few days.So I have no prescription no non controlled substance or controlled so no medication. Customer Service is nice enough but ultimately they never solve my problem. Will be cancelling. Would love to be able to update with positive news but I highly highly doubt that will happen. Have a greater chance at growing a 6th toe !

As I'm sure Done will appreciate
As I'm sure Done will appreciate, unfortunately, I have to share my experience. They have repeatedly told me that they want to help and are working very hard to address the systemic issue they are solely responsible for. I'm sure my experience was not what they envisioned, but after three and a half years with them, I think they've lost sight of that vision.
In the past year, they've consistently failed to meet the high level of service they claim they strive to uphold. For the first two and a half years, I had caring, responsive providers. I could message them directly.
This time, my pharmacist specifically told me the chewable version of my medication at the same dose was in stock, and to simply have my provider reissue for that version and he could fill it right away. I contacted DoneFirst about this, received canned responses. Then, I received an actual response that was only 'I called the pharmacy and waited on hold for ten minutes.'
No follow-up. Nothing. They are taking on too many patients than they can handle, and are harming people.
