I really like the NP provider I was able to find at Done, she listens to me and responds to questions through email. It's also nice to be able to do things through the online platform rather than having to make a phone call, so when I remember I need to schedule a refill at midnight, I can do it right then and there. I've had some issues with getting prescriptions approved, and some mix ups with the Done team, my provider, and my insurance covering my prescriptions which eventually got resolved.

My experience has been mostly positive except on the couple of occasions where issues have occurred. When in the past I've had had troubles with like for instance a refill not getting received from my pharmacy, my experience with getting in touch with someone in customer service was very lacking. Sending an email and waiting on a response - even if it only takes 24 hours to get an answer, is very frustrating when it comes to getting the medication I need to be at my best. I feel like having a dedicated phone line where I could talk to a live person would go a long way in preventing the type of frustration I felt. It's not very reassuring that my problem is getting resolved when I'm only afforded an automated response or a reply that my request is being looked at. I don't just want to hear that it's being worked on, as a paying customer I feel like I also deserve an explanation as to what's happening. So all in all I've been happy with the services but the customer service provided could improve if you were to provide customer service line where I could call in requests and speak to a live person.

So far very happy with Done in general. One of my only complaints is that my plan could be a little more straightforward. The website is easy to navigate, but I didn't fully understand when I needed to make a follow up appointment, or that I didn't need an appointment to refill my prescription. Apart from that, I am a little concerned about not totally being heard by my provider. She gave me great information, but I wish we she had asked me more questions before I was diagnosed. I really have trouble getting a word in edgewise when I speak to her. Part of me wonders even I even had ADHD, or if I just found a provider who was a bit over-eager about prescribing these meds. All in all I'm still planning to keep using Done, and I've been recommending it to friends because of the ease of use and the cost, even if I do have some reservations about the diagnosis process.

As of right now this is not a very reliable way to get your meds. My provider was great I had absolutely no problem with her. My problem/s are with Done. First Complaint. The website is not very clear on how to schedule a follow up appointment, you only have two things to click on in your account. You can ask two questions a month to your provider and you have the option to renew your prescription, That's it. If you need a follow up because you need to alter your meds you have to email in to support. They got back to me two days later asking when I wanted to have my follow up. I didn't immediately see the email so they just scheduled my appointment for the next available. Second Complaint. The next available appointment isn't for nearly a month! Look, I get the provider can only do so much but that would be incredibly unacceptable for some patients. Maybe they prioritize patients that are on meds that have to be taken regularly or that could be dangerous to have a month long break, I don't know. Either way I think anyone considering this should consider that when I signed up I could have had an appointment the next day but when I need my meds adjusted I have to wait a month. Update: I have been in contact with a few people from Done. They really helped and let me know what was going on and got my issue taken care of. Only 4 stars though because I it was incredibly confusing and frustrating getting texts with no info from one person that led me to believe I had a new week later appointment day. I did eventually get an email explaining things much better.

Update - Three days after this review, my prescription was successfully sent to the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up without a problem. The Done. rep that reached out to me was able to correct the immediate issue and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, which was reassuring. I am happy now. I will stay with Done., assuming the kinks have been worked out in the upcoming months. Aside from the Rx sending issue, Done. provides an amazing service! _______________________________________________ My first appointment went great and I really appreciated the practitioner I was paired with. She was understanding and developed a treatment plan I was comfortable with. She stated she was going to send the prescription no later than the next morning. Since my appointment, I have been met with nothing but frustration as the prescription was never received by the pharmacy, despite being told it was sent several times over the course of the last 9 days. Meanwhile, I'm still suffering. I have provided them with a number of solutions that may resolve the issue, even though I don’t know what the issue is, I’m trying! Customer service has offered little help besides stating they will send it again. They don’t seem to care one bit or understand that there clearly is a problem that’s preventing that process from happening that needs to be corrected. Sending it over and over is NOT working! They seem to have quit responding to my emails all together now. It’s very concerning how dismissive they are to these issues and how little they appear to care. Everything this company claims to be is exactly what they are not. I have been met with nothing but frustration since my appointment. None of their promises advertised have been delivered. This is a mental health clinic, not a shoe store where incompetence delivering their core product doesn’t have a very direct impact on your life 24/7. I'm now in the position of exploring other treatment options from square one and accepting that I got taken for $200.

I've been getting adhd treatment through Done for a couple months now and plan to stick with the service for long term. To be honest I was quite skeptical at first but so glad I gave it a chance. When I decided to seek help for my adhd, I was concerned about just how many in-person appointments I need to go to, how understanding the providers would be, and if there are going to be hidden fees. All of those are a nightmare to deal with when you have adhd. Done eliminates all that. The service is very straight forward and simple to navigate. My provider is extremely understanding and knowledgeable on what it is like to live with adhd. She always makes sure to follow up and response to my questions. All of my prescriptions were sent as it should. And I paid exactly what I expected to, no fishy "fine-print" stuff. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars because I believe their customer service needs some improvements. Maybe they have a small team, but communication are often slow. It's not a deal breaker as everything works out eventually but I have had a couple questions/requests that took days and multiple emails to be fulfill. Overall I would really recommend the service for anyone seeking adhd treatment. It had simplified the help that I so badly needed.

I had a really hard time after my first appointment - I wasn't able to login to the platform, my phone and email links kept asking me to start at the beginning. You might be thinking that I am super old and computer illiterate, but that is wrong. I work for a software company and understand these things quite easily. The helpdesk at DONE was able to determine that I got caught in a viscous loop because they had a software update the day I had my first appointment. They were able to resolve the issue and help me get the medicine I need regularly without unnecessary doctor appointments. I appreciate when online agents can engage, pay attention to things being reported, and think for themselves to determine the problem. It was nice to have someone that cared that I was having trouble and was willing to work with me for several weeks in order to make the situation right.

Overall is a great service and concept. I have been able with some trial an error get the right medication for my ADHD. I was struggling to find someone as I moved to a new city and very few doctors were taking new patients or charged over $400 for an initial appointment making it out of my budget. I’m only giving it 4 stars due to the fact sometimes it takes longer to get a response from costumer service but when they do, provide good service.
