It’s convenient and easy, but may be a bit more expensive and not great for those with complex medical conditions.
My insurance doesn’t pay for the medicine since it’s not from my primary care doc or a referred psychiatrist. But no psychiatrists in my network do as easy of scheduling.
They don’t dig deep as to physical medical history so be a self advocate and be very explicit with your medical professional on any medical conditions you have. Some ADHD medications have contraindications for a few illnesses.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We believe that patients deserve the best care possible, and we recognize that may not be with us. Patients with more complex medical needs or conditions are more appropriate for comprehensive, multi-specialty in-person care, and we refer out to other facilities in those cases. Our providers will evaluate whether or not a patient is a good fit for our platform from medical history provided as well as the information gathered during the initial consultation, and will request medical records if deemed appropriate. Our providers will also continually evaluate if a patient would benefit from switching to being seen at in-person facilities as well throughout their care with a patient. We are proud to offer convenient access to much-needed care if a patient meets the criteria for treatment with Done., and are continually working to make care more affordable and streamlined. Thank you again for your review!

Done has been a gamechanger
Done has been a gamechanger. Outside of some delays with prescription refills, I have no complaints about the service itself. I've felt supported throughout the entire process and really appreciate how smooth the entire care journey is.

We are so grateful for your feedback and happy to see you've had an overall positive experience. We do our best to prevent delays with prescriptions. Medications prescribed through our platform are subject to strict federal laws, and prescriptions can only be issued at certain intervals. We cross reference with government Prescription Drug Monitoring Program system as well, and pharmacies will typically only issue prescriptions 30 days after the most recent date in the government system. Other common issues for delays are pharmacy changes and pharmacy stock issues. We are always more than happy to investigate and resolve issues on our patients' behalf - please feel free to reach out to us anytime!

Done first is a game changer
Done first is a game changer. Finally, I’m being heard! My doctor has been helpful and empathetic towards my situation. My only issue is that the portal is confusing. I sent her a message about my dosage but didn’t noticed she had replied due to not receiving a notification. The customer support takes a long time to get back to you, unless it’s about a payment. I had no problem picking up my meds, which is something I was initially concerned about. We are still trying to figure out the right dosage for me and my next appointment is in 14 days. I wish I could be seen sooner, but you can’t have it all.

We are happy to see you've had an overall positive experience, but you also share some concerning feedback. While we are already in the process of implementing changes to address your feedback, there are some things we'd like to investigate further since what you describe is not typical. Please reply back to our private message!

Done - Overall, a Great Service for ADHD Treatment
I just want to start off by expressing my gratitude for the Done service's existence and the entire team behind the operation. If Done did not exist, I would not be able to receive satisfactory treatment for ADHD while I do not presently have employer-sponsored health benefits. I am in my late 20's and have been diagnosed and treated for ADHD for the entirety of my 20's. Completing the patient onboarding process was smooth and very considerate of my past medical history, and as such, I was able to waste no time talking with my assigned provider (a Nurse Practioner) about my concerns with current symptoms, how they have or have not affected my day-to-day, and optimal treatment options. Moreover, my provider was very knowledgeable about treatment with varying types of medication, and able to address some of the concerns I had regarding the relationship between long-term treatment with medication and pontential changes to my neurochemistry.
I've had a couple pain points with the online patient portal, namely data persistence and issues with lack of notifications, which may be due to Done being a relatively new service. One critical issue I encountered included an inability to immediately schedule a follow-up appointment with my initial provider (a Nurse Practitioner in my case) after completing an online care appointment and a lack of a reminder notification or email to schedule the follow-up session once my ability to do so through the patient portal was made available by the web app system. This has made managing my ADHD symptoms in a consistent monthly treatment cycle more challenging in the sense my assigned provider usually would not have any availability for a mandatory follow-up appointment before I was eligible for the next monthly medication refill. As a subscribed customer of the Done service, I am paying a monthly fee - which is actually more than I've consistently paid any provider in the past with insurance - and it is my hope that I can reliably receive ADHD treatment on a consistent monthly (30-day) schedule commensurate with the frequency of my subscription payments and much like that of the scheduling capabilities of the traditional non-online in-office mental healthcare providers that I've received ADHD treatment through in the past. Presently, this issue with being unable to schedule appointments in consistent monthly periods has twice left me with a few days to more than a week's time where I didn't have medication, in a medication limbo if you will. I imagine the development team is continuing to work out these kinks in the web application, but as they persist, I believe that the communicative and pleasant support team has made up for these technical quirks in the meantime.
Overwhelmingly, my experience with the Done service has been a positive one, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it those I know who are looking for an alternative and convenient treatment option!

Quick and effective treatment plan, huge blessing during the chaotic COVID times
This service has been a blessing. It gave me access to ADHD treatment during a time when it was very difficult to schedule consultations in-person due to COVID. The initial consultation was easy to set up, and my doc was really helpful about adjusting my treatment plan in the beginning based on my immediate feedback with the medications. I will say that in more recent months there’s been more delay in response time to my refill requests. Sometimes I’ve had to follow up 2-3 times over the course of 5-7 business days to get my script filled. But overall this service has been a blessing to me!

Fast and Easy
Great! Fast! Easy and convenient. There were some login issues though, and customer service is okay but overall it's been great. My psychiatrist is wonderful.

Customer support is great but...
Customer support is great, they’re always quick to respond and help with all my questions. I do have some issues with getting medication on time but I think it’s because I have two different prescriptions and so I’m constantly have to email and that’s been a pain. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience with done and am very thankful for you guys.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! While we are happy to see you are overall happy with your service, we are disappointed to see that you have not had the smoothest experience. We are working hard to implement systems that reduce possible issues with medication - thank you for your patience as we work to build systems that better serve our patients.
