Total Scam. They took my money and called in a prescription to a pharmacy that closed years ago. They don't work with any pharmacies in my area, but didn't tell me that until after I paid $199 for the first consultation. I tried to contact them for days with no response. I have now read the reviews and see that others have the same issues. SCAM!!!!!

Wow!!!! Just wow!! Amazed at how the federal govt allows a company like this to operate! Seeing the reviews on here and bbb more then half the comments are negative and 1 star. Mostly everyone was charged without a refund for a service they didn’t get!! This is fraudulent behavior! As much as they would like to say that the service was used by having a 5min consult with a registered nurse is ridiculous. Especially when the plan the rn sets forth isn’t carried out on dones end!! If you calculate all the charges plus monthly fees based just on negative reviews it’s over 2 million in fraudulent charges. In the next week I’ll be reaching out to The Texas medical bored And the medical bored of California!! Also I’ll flag all advertising as misleading and fraudulent on instagram and fb as i wouldn’t want anyone to get scammed!

i would give 0 stars if possible. i was heavily targeted on Instagram by this company and decided to give it a try. had a consult with basically a psychiatric nurse practictioner i.e. not an actual doctor. then i was never able to actually GET the medication he prescribed because this company doesn't work with any of the normal major pharmacies like rite aid, cvs, or walgreens. all of the small local pharmacies in their directory were somehow out of business. so after a few failed attempts at getting the medication i decided to cancel and figured i could follow up with my primary doctor. never got an email confirmation for the cancelation (didn't really think of it at the time) but then got charged a month later $79. went back to the site to see what was up and go through cancellation AGAIN as well as a message to support. AGAIN after canceling i did not receive any kind of email confirmation from their system (which i know should be automated) and support basically said they couldn't provide a full refund without those confirmations. like what do i have to do, record my screen? it's not my fault their system failed to send out the confirmation. Anyway they refunded me $15.80 and said that was the max they could do. needless to say i filed a claim with my bank. AVOID this company unless you literally have 0 other options.

Beware!!! They took my money, refused to send it back. Did not get any medication either. Have been going back and forth to get it back. They tell me their policy states no refunds.

Beware of this service!!! This site is one of the biggest scams I've encountered. The prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. I cancelled the service and they still kept charging me 79 dollars a month. They refuse to refund it.

I have canceled the service for months and the keep charging my card.

I would've given Done probably a 3 or 4 start review before the last incident that caused me to stop using them entirely. I used Done for about a year, at first it was pretty easy to get an appointment and get refills on time. However their biggest issue is that your provider can take forever to respond to you. There is no direct chat to your provider or to support, everything is done through messages or emails that take days at times for anyone to respond. The reason I am giving them a 1 star review is because this last time I went to request a refill prescription (which I usually request about 3 days ahead so it will be filled in time), they sent me an email saying I had a new provider, one day before my prescription was suppose to filled. Then they wouldn't refill my prescription until I met with my new provider, well they set that appointment for three weeks from then...that was apparently his first available appointment. In conclusion, this company that is supposed to support mental health was expecting me to go off of my proper medication for 3 weeks (medication/dosage I had been on for over 1/2 a year and had no issues with) just because they needed me to meet with my new provider which I imagine would be like any of the other meetings with providers I had that took about 5 minutes. It is extremely difficult to go off medication for mental health abruptly and for an extended period of time. I find it hard to believe this provider couldn't find 5 minutes to check in with me (I later found out, a friend of mine had my new provider at Done in the past and he cancelled their appointment 5 minutes before with no explanation). I found the whole situation completely unprofessional and their apologies had no merit. There are plenty of other online mental health medication websites, I highly recommend choosing any of them over Done.
