So I would like to update my review for DoneFirst. Even though initially I did have a negative experience with this company, they turned it around and really helped me. The customer service was A1 and helped me from start to finish. I hate that it took a negative review on Trustpilot to get this type of help, but nonetheless they did help me from end to end and I am satisfied with the service. ---------- This company is horrible and will steal your money. Will charge yo $200 for consultation and even if you are approved for a medication, but they can not find a place for you to fill your prescription, they will keep your money and not refund you. Dont even get me started on trying to get a refill. This company is one of the worst managed companies on the internet. Buyer Beware!

Easiest way and cheapest to get diagnosed and have medication for adhd. Takes a few days to meet with your counsellor but outside of the initial consult don’t need much but the message section. Message interface could be made easier to follow. Also wish the login wasn’t by phone number.

I would actually like to change my review to four stars. It seemed it was tough at first and there were a couple of hiccups, but overall I received my medication. Since it seems like no one in Texas will accept telehealth, they even have their own shipping pharmacy called Rx outreach that has been so very helpful and takes away all of the stress of trying to find a pharmacy that will accept telehealth and is in stock of medication. Giving it four stars because I think there can be some improvement, but I will continue to work with this company!

Done is a great telehealth/virtual therapy treatment program and is a convenient way to treat my adhd without having to go in person to see my psychiatrist - who is always booked. Done strives to accommodate requests and are prompt with their responses to my questions. Improved communication since they first started. Thanks for your services!
