For the most part it's great. Very convenient and easy to use. When speaking to your provider they are attentive and listen well while addressing any concerns you may have.
That being said if you have to contact support it's a nightmare. Long response times, and they just repeat the same thing without addressing the issue you're having. Very very poor support, but if things are rolling well, it's good.
I've been using them for over 2 years.

The good & the bad
The experience so far:
Receiving emails everyday falsely stating that Done is available to answer any questions or concerns, 24/7 but that's not true. I was put on multiple medications & they will call you to follow up but some people work & can't be on then phone while working.
You call back on a break & the # won't go through. You try responding to emails & the email comes back undeliverable.
I ended up getting a different Dr after my 1st didnt do as she stated & the new Dr. & I work better together, so I am grateful for that but it's crazy how difficult it is to reach anyone.
I'm not sure I'm seeing much a difference with the ADHD but she found something that has been helpful with PTSD so that is really nice & my previously 1 star went up.
This is affordable, & when you do get in touch w someone it's nice to do so through video vs. in person.
Keep mind, myself included, they are dealing with people with mental challenges.

Questionable Reliability/Mixed Experiences
My experience with Done has been mixed. I have been a member for about 5 months at this point. I joined as a last resort, after being unable to find a local provider. For much of the time the service was acceptable. After the initial consultation, my provider was never available for consultation, but I was receiving my medication which was my primary concern.
However, I had a very frustrating experience recently which caused me to go without my medication for 3 days. This was very disruptive for me, as I can not function without this medication--especially for a few days after abruptly discontinuing use.
When I filled my prescription on July 25th, I was completely out of the medication. I took my first dose of the 30 day supply that very day. Since July has 31 days, this meant that I took my last dose on August 23rd. The first day of the next 30 days would start on August 24th.
Over the weekend of the 20th, I requested a refill since I was going to run out Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and my pharmacy still had not received the prescription. I sent a message to Done, and received no response. On the 24th, I scheduled a call with Done, and had a frustrating exchange with somebody who refused to acknowledge the reality of the situation. They said that the refill had not been processed because I sent it too early, and that I had received it on the 25th the previous month. When I tried to explain that July had 31 days in it, they responded saying that "didn't matter" because the prescriptions are for 30 days not 31! They implied that it was somehow my fault that the prescription had not been sent in, and they were going to do me a favor by sending it even though it was not the 25th yet. I was obviously frustrated with this response, since I was already off my medication. I was also alarmed by possibility that it was due to a deliberate decision not to fill the request based on an inability to calculate when a prescription is going to run out. But they said they would send it in, so I was hopeful that I would only be off my medication for one day.
The following afternoon, my pharmacy had still not received the prescription. I decided that I couldn't rely on this company. I requested a cancellation of my membership and a refund (they had charged me at some point after I requested my refill, despite refusing to fill it). I also left a negative review here on Trustpilot.
A couple hours after all that, I was contacted by Alfa from Done, who was actually extremely helpful. I was told that my provider would be unavailable for the time being, and that I would have to consult with a new provider who would prescribe my medication going forward. Alfa helped me get set up with a new provider right away and followed up to make sure everything was OK. It is primarily due to this excellent and conscientious service that I decided to update my previous review. Now I have my medication and hopefully I won't have another similar disruption.
Overall, the service is fine. It is a means of accessing needed medication when the health care system is failing us. But there are some lingering concerns about the reliability of the service. They really let me down and I'm not sure it would have even been resolved by now if I had not requested cancellation/refund and left a bad review. Given the consequences of abruptly losing access to needed medication, this should not be taken lightly.

It’s a place that does that it says.
It’s a place that does that it says.. but don’t look for any help getting your medication. I’ve put in requests for the pharmacy team to help me get my medication filled due to the shortage and they flat out never responded. Id rate it 5 stars if they could help with some leg work of calling around to see who has a stock then sending my prescription over there. But if you manage to find somwhere expect it to take 3-4 days for your prescriber to see the request and send it to a new pharmacy. By then it’s gone. So 3 stars for diagnosing 0 stars for help…

Great Doctors, Awful Web Presence
The appointments with my doctor have been great, but the online backbone of the website is often frustrating to navigate. I used an HSA account to pay for my first service, but we closed the account due to obtaining a new provider. I got inundated with emails and texts about how my payment wasn’t processed, how I’d lose membership if I didn’t pay right then and there- and when I logged in to correct the payment issues, I was locked out of my profile settings because the account was “delinquent.” To restore access, I had to make a payment right away, with the card they had on file - which, as mentioned above, was no longer active, creating this problem in the first place.
For all the messages they sent to me to fix this, I had to send three messages before I saw a single response, even then it took over a week for a real person to contact me with a solution. It appears the account login from my phone and computer, while using the same account info, are also stored as separate entities on their server; every message I receive in email and SMS is doubled. They need better IT infrastructure and better utility testing. What they have now is just a flashy looking mess.
That said, the doctor I use through Done has been the saving grace of my experience with Done, and despite the technical challenges, they’re worth a try.

My initial experiences were challenging…
My initial experiences were challenging regarding the initial diagnosis as many of my clinical signs were not apparent until I was an adult. There was a bit of back and forth initially but I was able to have a couple of assessments that I felt were appropriate (I was escalated from a NP to a MD). We discussed the pros/cons of the different medications. We also discussed the challenges of sourcing some of the medications (nationwide problem). This was part of the decision making in regards to the selection of the type that I am currently on. I have been able to refill with minimal difficulty (I will message a couple days prior to running out) and have been utilizing Costco with no problems so far. I also utilize a therapist (separate from Done) so management of the anxiety and other executive functioning issues that I have, I am able to discuss with another provider.
Bottom line. It was very helpful to be able to go through the assessment piece and talk through it with the knowledgeable providers. I have not had any hiccups with my medications or getting refills. Reading other folks experiences, I am sure the nationwide shortage of the medications is contributing to some of the reviewers on here's frustration.

Not worth the money.
The first nurse practioner that came to my appointment was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident. However, charging $199.00 for a 30 minute interview is ridiculous. I'm going to keep using the service only because I will be stuck paying for it.
