Total scam
I scheduled an appointment under the false advertising of $10 and then was charged $189 directly after which was not authorized. I filed a complaint with the BBB after Done refused to refund the unauthorized charge and the company did not respond to the complaint. I disputed it with my bank and still lost. This company is a scam. Done responded below with a link that doesn’t go anywhere. UPDATE- since posting this review I was contacted by Done and given a full refund.

Helpful at first
It was helpful to get medication but I am having a very hard time getting any follow up/there is an email but no phone number to call

Poor customer service
I really like my clinician, however it's very hard to get my monthly refills. Every.Single.Month. it's a disaster. I had to cancel a work training because I was unable to get my medication that's 6 days overdue and can't seem to get a response. I did have a woman from DONE'S support team call me and say that my case is marked urgent. That was 3 days ago. Very disappointing to say the least.

I am still waiting...
I am still waiting for my records to transfer over from Cerebral so that my provider feels comfort enough in prescribing me the correct medication...

Not great.
I felt like I connected and was heard by my clinician, but getting medication has been a nightmare. Hardly any pharmacies will work with Done and the few that do seem to be severely out of stock. Communication between the “care team” and patient is lackluster and they do not refund your membership fees, even though the website promises they will if you cannot get medication. Save your money and seek help elsewhere.

Completely unreliable.
The clinicians and therapists are good. The “support” team is completely unreliable. They don’t have a number to contact them directly, support emails take days for response. Even though I have found a pharmacy to fill my RX i can’t get anyone from Donefist to send the RX. Honestly you’d be better off lighting your money on fire and praying that an offering from the gods to work it out for you. The link provided from DoneFirst below goes nowhere!

Totally unreliable
Edited: they finally refunded my money and then promptly asked me to edit my review. The customer service people are nice but very hard to contact and super disorganized. My first appointment was rescheduled by Done, when it didn’t work for me and I changed it immediately I was charged $99. Then my actual consultation appointment the provider didn’t show up and I’ve still been charged the $199. The first $99 has been refunded but it’s taken 6 emails to customer service and they still have not refunded me for an appointment that they don’t show up to.

they do not like to give medication that you know you need they want to give you holistic type not a good waste of money $200 down the drains
