I have been a patient for over a year…
I have been a patient for over a year now at Done, this should show how pleased I am with their service! I have a meaningful connection with my provider. They are quick to respond to my questions too. I have had a positive experience in my tele health care and it’s convenient for me to meet appointments and my work/life schedule.

I have had the most difficult time…
I have had the most difficult time finding a provider but Done has helped me through so much in the past year. They are very responsive and eagerly listens to concerns. This is so convenient given my very busy schedule. They’ve helped me through so much and I am so grateful

What made my experience great with Done…
What made my experience great with Done is the exceptional customer support you receive with not only the support agents, but the nurse practitioner that I have. The nurse practitioner I have is attentive, listens to understand and very kind. I actually would like to give a review to a dedicated customer service rep by the name of Catherine. That customer service rep had been always able to respond to my questions and be able to provide a follow up within a great response time. Catherine and my nerve practitioner deserve great appreciation due to their exceptional service and knowledge. I was nervous to proceed with my mental health journey first with Done due to speculation, but I decided to give it a try. They give great advice along with following up with you while on your medication to see if any changes are necessary or to follow up how you are feeling mentally. Thank you Done for allowing people more accessibility to be able to reach out easily for wanting to start their mental health journey.
