The initial process of being matched with a practitioner and figuring out a course of treatment was extremely easy and I felt very understood. It took somebody over a month to get back to me about a refill request so I think this is definitely something the company could work on.

So far my experience has been pleasant. Everyone that I have had dealings with is nice and professional although sometimes it is hard to get a hold of someone to talk to. There was also an incident in the beginning when the original provider that had been assigned to me, Iman Hines left and started her own similar company. It was very confusing and she was emailing everyone on her lists without doing anything to hide their information. Which seemed like a breach of privacy and HIPAA violation. So that concerned me. Though done handled it and the communications well I think.

Refill of prescription is extremely easy using a clearly visible button. The web interaction with patient requires a great deal of work. Was unable to check and modify the pharmacy to which prescription is to be sent. Just hoping it will be sent to the pharmacy I used last.

Pros: this type of service is available to those like myself who have difficulty in getting appt with a psychiatrist in a small town. Also I really loved the convenience. My np Erika arias was lovely and straightforward and Dustin in customer service was prompt in his responses and did his best to help facilitate a speedy solution . Cons: definitely wish there was a more streamlined way to access customer service . A phone line would be ideal , instead of email only communication! And I have yet to get a refill so hoping that is seamless too. All In all, I recommend if you are in need of help and want to bypass all the red tape of insurance and doctors offices.

Helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. Doctors have been attentive and helpful as we worked through my diagnosis. They explore all options with you and help to find medications that work for the individual. Website and member portal can be glitchy at times, but the customer care team is always quick to respond and help answer any questions. Would recommend!

Overall the process of getting refills is convenient. My only negative experience was when the website/app was being updated, had a glitch where you couldn’t update a new card for payment. My card expired and suddenly I couldn’t refill my prescription because I couldn’t pay my monthly fee. Customer service was helpful but it took days to sort out and wait for a refill to process through.
