I've been using Done. for about a month now and I've had a great experience. My doctor has been ultra-responsive and has helped me find the medication that is helping me with my ADHD. In the past, doctors have dismissed my Adult ADHD because I was never diagnosed as a child but my doctor at Done. has been really helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for help with your ADHD.

Great service

I've been using Done for a few years now, starting in 2021, and it has completely turned my life around. I used to feel ashamed of the stigma surrounding ADHD, and I was too proud to seek in-person treatment for symptoms that had been plaguing me since childhood. I had that classic anti-medication, anti-therapy, anti-mental-health-treatment mindset. After decades of meandering through life, being a low performer, and attempting to cope with all manner of productivity hacks, to-do lists, meditation, diet, and exercise, I found that nothing was providing more than a marginal benefit. The improvement in access brought about by the availability of telehealth was the push I needed to consider treatment. Now, with Done's help, I've found a new job, been promoted, gone back to school, and earned a Computer Science degree. The Done team has been professional, responsive, and proactive in their treatment. I wish Done had been available during my earlier years, but there's no sense in dwelling on the past. All that's left to do is make up for lost time and achieve your potential

Update! Done Customer Service went above and beyond to resolve this issue for me after seeing my first review. I appreciate the commitment they showed in helping out their customer. They will not give you the information you need to file out-of-insurance claims, especially with what Anthem Blue Cross requires in their claims. Support is also lackluster.

Done makes it super easy to fulfill my ADHD needs. They are simple online appointment setting and refill system. Makes it a breeze to get anything needed. Their providers are super knowledgeable and sincerely care for your well-being.

I’ve been a Done customer for a few years. I love my doctor and appreciate the customer service reps always helping during the ever-changing and challenging medication situations. It makes my life so much better, definitely the best option I’ve ever used for my treatment.

Done has made managing my ADHD diagnosis so easy. I’m able to get my prescription refilled timely each month and as needed meet with my care provider. This has been so much easier than going I to the doctor.

Overall I’m really impressed with Done. My first consultation with a Provider (Marcia Oliver PMHNP) was thorough and professional. She obtained a detailed history and took time to get to know me. I feel we connected and she cared about ensuring I get the appropriate treatment. The only critique I have would be Done advising patients that not all pharmacies fill prescriptions from a telehealth appointment. Hopefully there is a way Done can mitigate or eliminate concerns from these pharmacies in which they will fill prescriptions in the future.
