In over six months of belonging to this...site, I've received ONE single prescription. For $700+ or whatever I paid for this scam.

Worst Experience Ever! They scheduled an appointment with a "doctor" who wasn't interested in knowing what I was going through. After less than 5 minutes of conversation, she prescribed me medication! Of course, due to the speed, I got scared, but still, I bought and started taking it. It's also clear that it had no effect! Alright, I went and canceled! For 3 months now, they've been trying to take money from my account despite numerous emails and cancellation requests. And there's more! They CONFIRMED the cancellation by email, but they keep trying to withdraw money from the account! I need them to stop doing this URGENTLY! I can't take it anymore; months have passed!

“Done” tried to get this review removed so I will be happy to go into more detail on my less than ideal experience with this questionable company. They charge $200 for initial visit and tell you that you’ll forfeit the money if you miss your appointment. Then they send you a link to the meeting through text and a phone number to call if you experience technical difficulties. The link to my meeting initially did not work and when I tried to call their phone number it was disconnected. After about 10 minutes I finally entered the meeting and was greeted by an extremely unfriendly woman. I assumed she was angry because I was late and I apologized. But she continued on acting very cold and seemed frustrated the entire meeting, which made me very uncomfortable. She did not introduce herself as a psychiatrist or a psychologist and started out the meeting by asking me what I want from her, as if one could not deduce what I “want” after I signed up for a meeting to get evaluated for a very specific chronic condition. At that point I was questioning whether this was a legit business because she did not seem like a professional with any type of certification. She goes on to ask questions from a paper with long pauses in between. I wonder now if the long pauses were purposefully placed so she could prolong the meeting to justify the $200. At one point I thought to myself that I might have duped into a scam because this lady did not seem like any kind of health care professional. Finally, she got agitated and hostile with me because I did not feel comfortable disclosing some information toward her because, again, I had doubts that I was actually speaking to a health care professional. Overall, I did not appreciate the attitude of the employee and I did not appreciate this company’s attempt to silence my review by attempting to remove it rather than training your staff on how to properly interact with the public.

It has been 7 days since I first scheduled a refund request for my medication and I still haven’t received a response from Nathanial Altavas, PMHNP on whether or not he has transferred it to my correct pharmacy. I don’t know why it’s taking so long to send in a new prescription to the same brand pharmacy I have gotten this medication filled before just a different location. Nathanial Altavas informed me if I had any issues getting it filled to the pharmacy he first sent it to, to contact him via portal message system but all I have received are responses and calls from customer service team members and I keep getting different answers from everyone. Why pay $80 membership to go through all of this? I should’ve had it delivered but I thought that would take longer. I guess I was wrong. I don’t think I’ll be using this company again. Communication & turnaround for answers and solutions takes far too long. Last month this was not an issue at all I put in the refill and within 24 hrs picked up my medication. This time it’s like pulling teeth to get it PLUS I had a follow up appointment.

So I signed up for Done and got an appt with a Dr. I had surgery on my arm this year and I still take pain meds for it which is understandable. They did not tell me before i paid that they cant prescribe stimulants for ppl who take any form of opioids…This is not in line with any recommendations. I know bc I work in healthcare. He then prescribed some medicine that is a blood pressure med I guess he thought it was ok bc i said I have hypertension in my family - but I always have low bp and he never asked what mine runs! This is crazy and bad practice I told him so and he said i need another appt and he had none available. Not to mention this whole time he looked at me like Im some kind of addict bc Im on suboxone - I take it bc it helps with pain not bc Ive ever been a street drug user I was taking tramadol previously for my arm and couldnt find a dr after the surgery…so Im not happy and might request a refund bc I never got. any meds that I can take.

Avoid at all costs. Started out just fine. I got a scheduled video call and met with the care provider. I was then informed that in order to get the prescriptions I needed, I would need to do an in-person evaluation. This was not made clear. I needed to refresh the medications that I had been prescribed by my last doctor. I asked to have an in person evaluation scheduled and was told I would receive an email with details about it. This email did not come so I went to schedule an evaluation on done's website. The page to schedule an in person evaluation wouldn't let me pick a location and said that there were literally zero time slots available. I had to find a page to schedule a customer service call because the number they'd provided earlier would simply disconnect when called. When I did get on the phone with someone, they told me they couldn't help me but that I'd get a call from the scheduling team within a couple hours. A few hours later I had to schedule another call with customer support where they told me the same thing and then tried to tell me I was getting scheduled with the person I had talked to via video. The nurse practitioner that I had talked to wasn't even in the same state. This isn't some item that I'm waiting for. This is my health. If they can't meet deadlines and their services aren't working, then I can't depend on them for meeting my health needs. Needless to say, I cancelled the service. I also told them I'd be disputing any charges as they clearly did not provide the services they promised. This company parades itself as ease-of-access for people looking for mental health care but it's been nothing but a source of stress and frustration.

Terrible they never have the prescriptions

I was only with Done for exactly 1 months before it started to unravel. It's been weeks since I've put in a request for a refill and I haven't heard from my provider and keep getting canned responses from their "care team". Being medicated for ADHD was a 180 improvement to my life and health and after my own very stressful experience and reading these reviews especially with the BBB and being charged for a month where I received no service I'm kind of devastated that I can't continue to receive help. I'm skipping the BBB (where they have a 1.4 out of 5 standing), doing a chargeback through my bank and reporting this company directly to the FTC. Also looking into what it would take to get a civil lawsuit going. They can't keep scamming people who really need the services they claim to provide.
