I really have enjoyed my time using Done. The clinician I have been working with is very helpful and kind. The support line is responsive, and they send text reminders which is always helpful!

I've been quite satisfied for the experience I've had thus far with Done. My insurance unfortunately wasn't accepted (Kaiser), but they worked with me to find an alternate solution. My only reason for rating 4 out of 5 is that this is my first and only experience with a psychiatrist, so it is difficult to say how they would compare to the competition. I'll update this as time goes on, but I see myself sticking with Done for the foreseeable future.

I get my meds and have a doctor on call that will get back to me within three days. They even gave me a ESA letter and does prior authorizations. There are a few cons. Like my appointments times are in Chicago time because my provider is in Chicago. But I’m not! Its a hour difference that I didn’t know till I missed my second appointment. It’s frustrating while I’m trying to have a follow up appointment for a new med and needs refill. 79 a month is cheaper than seeing a psychiatrist in person with my insurance unfortunately so this is the cheaper option.

Although I had hoped for a somewhat longer consultation, i did appreciate the information I did receive and how it was presented. The psychiatrist I met with listened to me and made me feel seen. I opted to start medication and my prescription was available the same day. I had my doubts but I’m really happy I gave this a try.

I was diagnosed with ADHD over a decade ago as a teenager, and I remember the whole process. It was long, expensive, and a bit arduous. I had long since moved on from taking medication and seeing a therapist, but recently I couldn’t help but notice my symptoms started creeping back up on me. The idea of jumping back into the process of getting treated seemed like enough of a nightmare that I put it off for months. Then someone told me about Done and I thought it sounded like exactly what I needed. I’m pleased to say, I was mostly right. Setting up an appointment was super easy. The appointment itself was very comfortable, done remotely while I was on a lunch break at work. My PMHNP Catherine was very approachable and patient while getting to understand my symptoms and diagnose and prescribe accordingly. All of this was just about perfect. The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I did have an issue getting my medication. This was mostly an issue with my insurance and the pharmacy, but it required some action on the part of Done. Unfortunately, my experience with resolving the issue through Done’s support team wasn’t as smooth as I would have liked. What felt like it could have been resolved within a day by just being able to speak directly with a human being and explain the issue ended up taking several days of emailing back and forth. Eventually I did get my medication and so far it’s been smooth sailing since then, but if there were an area I would say could use some improvement that would be it. And again, this was an issue that mostly had little to do with Done in the first place. With all of that said, Done is a great service if you’re looking for a way to get the healthcare you need in a way that is simple and easy. I would recommend Done to anyone in a heartbeat.

I've so appreciated the thoughtfulness of my provider who takes the time to understand my symptoms, make adjustments to medications as needed, and work with me as I navigate the atrocious state of the supply/distribution with various pharmacies. Early on, communication in the messaging portal did not seem to be very efficient but that has changed and now I receive expedient replies and coordination when needed. Ideally there would be greater liaison assistance to help track down preferred medication with pharmacies who can never seem to retain or obtain stock and who won't reveal whether they have or will get the preferred medication unless you send your script in, often only telling you after that it's unavailable (thus needing to restart the process of having my provider send it to a different pharmacy to try again). But I realize this may not be possible for my provider/Done to coordinate.

I've had my first consultation with Done at the beginning of May and my follow up is scheduled for August. The first consultation I found helpful, and I felt like the provider was concerned with getting me a total therapy option. I was prescribed Adderal for the first time in my life after discussing with multiple doctors my concerns over the years and being dismissed as having too stressful of a life or just having anxiety. I was also given an anti-depressant to see if that would also assist in some of the dysfunction that I experience in my daily life. She made sure to tell me to schedule my follow up for August so that we could accurately assess how these meds would be working for me 60 days out. I feel hopeful, finally, that I'm being taken serious. That this doesn't have to be "just the way you are..." for the rest of my life. The script service that was used also was great and had quick delivery!
