Literally just a prescription service
The "unlimited consultations" are some random non medical person or AI response, your provider does not actually answer questions through their chat function. Additionally, not sure if it's just in my area, but there were no appointments available for the supposed 2x/month video calls. Also, most pharmacies won't work with Done. My first two choices weren't on the list of pharmacies that work with them, I chose another, and when I went to the location I was told that my prescription couldn't be filled. It then took three days for Done to cancel and resend my prescription to another pharmacy. I did end up getting my prescription, but I don't feel like they really provide ANY additional support. They are JUST a prescription service. Not sure why we need a monthly fee for someone to send a prescription once a month.
After Done replied to this, Trustpilot sends an email for verification info like name, phone number, account number, etc. They say that if you do not verify your review may be taken down. Done, with absolutely zero communication to me, USED THIS INFO TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT I DID NOT AGREE TO AFTER I HAD CANCELED MY ACCOUNT. Just wow. If I get charged for this I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company immediately.

DO NOT USE
My recent appointment with this provider turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience. Firstly, despite being assured that my insurance would cover the appointment, they failed to bill my insurance at all. Then, to make matters worse, after the appointment, they abruptly blocked my access to their services without letting me know for almost an entire day! I guess the claim was that I couldn't be on two medications simultaneously, even though I hadn't requested any medication during the appointment.
To add to the frustration, they completely ceased communication with me, leaving me in the dark about the status of my doctor's notes, which I'm still waiting for. I even had to pay a $79 subscription fee to access their app, only to find out that the notes were not on the app. Only after numerous failed attempts to reach them through calls and messages, and possibly even being blocked from contacting them for a day, that I managed to secure a refund FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION ONLY.
Furthermore, their assertion that I couldn't be on two medications at the same time seemed unfounded, especially since not all ADHD medications are controlled substances. The doctor or physician's assistant I interacted with was also remarkably rude.
Overall, my experience with this provider was absolutely appalling. I strongly advise against using their services.

My provider never showed
My provider never showed. Then to get contact information I had to schedule another appointment that I could not cancel. When trying to get a refund I was told that it was a missed appointment and it was nonrefundable. It also took them 2 weeks to reply to my request. There is no phone number to contact. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Still trying to get my money back or services for what I paid. Also, paid $199 for the first month and was charged another $99 and $10 the next day...THINKING ABOUT REACHING OUT TO A LAWYER...as the nonrefundable amount is refundable, extra money was taken out of my account to find contact information, services were never provided, and two weeks to reply is unacceptable.

Still waiting for my prescription
Still waiting for my prescription, did everything they asked, got clearance from a cardiologist and my primary care, so much for convenience. Fill out their HIPPA form, paid $199 for consultation and just abandoned. no response and just confusing responses asking me for more things to do. I was better off going to a local Dr for this. it’s horrible, stay away. at least they make it easy to cancel on their app. but i will fight to get my $200 back if they continue to jerk me aroumd.
NEW COMMENT AS OF February 23rd, 2024, Its been 2 weeks since my review and their response. They made an effort to resolve the Clearance Letter issue and asked me to fill out a HIPPA form before they could ask for clearance. I did, a week later got back to me, they said my DR didn’t respond, I verified with my DR and they said they never received the clearance letter or anything from DONE. I verified the fax number and I think they gave me the FAX number to their main office. To make a long story short, after 3 weeks, still no prescription and the communication that seemed to have improved is not non-existence. I updated the phone number on the HIPPA form and I got confirmation that they received it, and a system generated message the ticket is closed,,,but no communication about the prescription. I will have to say this is more trouble than it’s worth, seems like they are not prepared to interact with other healthcare facilities to get clearance. I went with DONE thinking it would be an easier process then trying to find a DR to talk to 1st in my area, schedule the appointment and actually take the time to go…the appointment at DONE and interaction with the DR was quick, but still not results and no prescription. Still not changing my rating..

Please don't use them!!!
Please don't use them!!!! I wanted to set up a consult, and went through the process of filling out forms online. They had availability for the following morning, less than 12 hours away from the time of scheduling. A message said I would have a charge for $10, and as I hit submit, a message popped up saying I'd be charged 179 the next day. I immediately tried to cancel it, and they wouldn't let me because it was less than 24 hours, and I'd be charged for the whole visit. Zero grace period, not even 30 seconds. The doctor had the entire day available, and clearly canceling wouldn't have changed anything. They trick you and are not transparent with pricing, and clearly they want your money. The company is impossible to get a hold of, there is a support email which I immediately reached out to, to essentially be told a few days later "tough luck". It's just a really crappy shady way of doing business, and clearly they make it impossible to get a hold of them because they just want your money. Given the circumstances, the right thing to do would be to give me a refund. How can you let someone book less than 24 hours in advance, yet not honor any sort of cancellation policy? It's completely unfair, and that should have been made clear. I'm out 200 dollars for absolutely nothing. How disappointing that a company needs to hide disclaimers, policies, fees, and offer appalling customer service in order to stay in business, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Shows no concern for patients.
Shows no concern for patients.
Failed to respond for A MONTH to messages sent via the patient portal.
While I continued to send follow up messages, and keep my account current. My new provider never showed to the appointment I waited OVER A MONTH for. Meanwhile, I am, and have been, out of medication. Who knows when or if I'll get a response. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate treatment of patients. Terrible delays in response times.

Stay away!
Stay away!! They say they have 24/7 support, but it could take sometimes a week for a response! You will run out of medication every month before they will take the time to refill your meds! Most pharmacies will not deal with these people and you will end up with a mail in pharmacy which is more money and more time before getting your meds! My meds were 2 to 3 weeks late every month!! They have no problem taking your money on time!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!
