Overall, a convenient and accessible way to get treatment and prescriptions. My interactions with my provider have always been positive and productive. A few times there have been mixups with my local pharmacy, but I’ve usually been able to resolve issues fairly quickly. My main feedback would be that the user portal could use updating in terms of functionality, as it currently isn’t able to handle two different running prescriptions at once and I’ve had to find workarounds.

Overall I have been happy with Done, including the customer support and the provider I was connected with. From the first appointment, I felt that my provider was knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to ensure that I was properly taken care of and made sure to explain the process with the prescription we landed on. She walked me through what the following weeks would look like and what to expect following the appointment. Since then, I have ran into a few issues with my prescription and pharmacy communication but overall all issues have been resolved in a reasonable timeframe. The communication from customer support can sometimes lag and you need to be aware of when requests need to be in but I have never had a question left unanswered and always feel good about the resolution of any issues I run into. One thing I would love to see improved is the chat function on the website because when it is available it's a huge help with getting real-time answers but most of the time, the chat is transferred to email communication since agents are not available when I put my chat in. It is also relatively expensive but not so much so that the expense outweighs the convenience of the service. All in all, I recommend Done to anyone who feels like they are not receiving the care they need from their PCP and/or they are busy/prefer telehealth.

Overall my experience has been great. First consultation and prescription was flawless. 2nd refill came up and thats where the frustration came in. Pharmacy was sent to "My Pharmacy" which was a completely different store chain from the store where my pharmacy is located. Which in itself would have been fine, but it was sent to a pharmacy hours away from where i live. It took about 2 days, 2 emails and a phone call to get it resolved but it did end up getting resolved and has been fine. I do have to say though i anticipated this happening as ive seen it on other reviews. Though, others have seemed to have a much longer wait period for it to be corrected so i was pleased it only took a couple days. Other than that. Great.

Overall I've been very happy with Done. The process of setting up an appointment was smooth and painless. The doctor assigned to me was friendly and polite, and at no point have I felt that he's judgmental which has been an issue with previous doctors. I received a diagnosis and prescription on the first appointment, and he has been helpful in working toward the right dosage. The response time on messages and refill requests can be a little slow. I don't think it's particularly worse than a regular doctor, but it does stand out a little more when everything is done online. I haven't been worried about not getting my medication on time, but I think it could happen if I slacked on putting a request in. I can't blame Done too much here though, since a lot of the inconvenience with ADHD medication comes from how strictly regulated it is. The website is kind of clunky though, which seems like an easy area to improve. The only other con is that it's a little expensive. If you have good health insurance and a PCP I'd say try that route first. If you don't or you prefer the convenience of telehealth, then Done is a great solution.

DoneFirst offers a quick, easy, and surprisingly painless process that's totally virtual. While slightly pricey, it's no BS and so far no issues. Doc is responsive and adapts to the patient's requests. Really don't have much else to it. It just works.

I was having issues at work so i scheduled an appointment and saw a provider within 2 weeks. She was able to diagnose me late in life with ADHD and put he on a treatment plan which is easy to follow. I do think the website and the interface is not user friendly. I was trying to figure out how to send my provider a message (which eventually was sent and answered) and went through the wrong system. Also it wasnt intuitive how to request a refill! (i work with Other EHR patient facing portals which is a TON easier than Done's) I think only 2 messages to your provider per month is a bit low, especially getting started with all new meds etc. I am waiting for my refill now, so I cant speak to that process. I used the suggestions here and put in a request 5 days before i run out, so i hope there isnt any overlap! provider is 5/5 website/EHR is 3/5 so a total of

It’s pretty good, the Dr I have isn’t very personable or kind, so it’s difficult for me personally to cut through my anxiety too, but I find this is just the way healthcare has become. It’s a good service and the back end process was stellar I really appreciate having a team work for my well-being. I’d recommend this service to anyone especially if you’re in an area that lacks resources to diagnose or treat ADHD

I had a easy quick experience here. The doctor was on time and had great communication and accommodated my pharmacy switch very quickly. So far things here have been going well.
