Two months with no response on membership
I went two months with no response and they still charged me. I was enrolled for longer than that and the provider refused to call my previous provider to see my correct dosage. Instead, they would have me start at the lowest dose. If it didn't work, they would start me on a low dose of a different medication. One time, they 'accidentally' still gave me a base dose when the provider said she would increase it. It is all to keep you along paying unnecessary membership fees. Eventually, like other users have stated, you will get ghosted by your psychiatrist.
