Overall my experience with Done has been great, with a few drawbacks.
Overall my experience with Done has been great. I have finally found answers to my issues that many other providers would not help me with. I have been with Done for about 5 months now and I have had great conversations with my provider and my prescription is always filled on time. However, I understand the negative reviews regarding some of the providers and care team. The website is difficult to navigate and there is no way to quickly contact someone if you are having negative symptoms with your medication. Also, the appointments are scheduled at random times, which is causes a lot of anxiety. I hope Done will create a more user-friendly platform, allow patients to select from a list of appointment times and dates, and be more responsive.

(Grateful) for finding and gaining access to this lifesaving service!!!
Done has been AMAZING (at least for me) in SO many ways but if I were to focus on the main reasons -- My provider is not only smart and reliable, with plenty of valuable experience, but also extremely understanding towards all facets of my care since my first consultation with him. Another key aspect of my immense appreciation for Done, and one worth noting, are the prompt responses I receive whenever I have an issue from my end. The only downside is that getting the refill every month can be a hassle at times since you need to contact your provider for a refill at least 4 days in advance in order to ensure that your refill can be sent and filled on time. However, that's something that I'm personally willing to deal with because eventually I do get the assistance I need. Recently a new add-on feature was added that allows for automatic refill every month but it hasn't been actually functional with me so far and I hope it eventually starts working -- It would be very convenient!!! I've been using Done for several months now and it's quite apparent that they strive for frequent effort to consistently implement positive changes, with their patients in mind in terms of how to best improve the patient experience.

I really like Done
I really like Done - the doctor who diagnosed me is excellent and helped me understand a lot of the myths that I had believed about ADHD due to my own ignorance. Now that I've used the service for 6 months, it has absolutely changed my ability to focus both on work and rote tasks but also on personal conversations. I wish the prescription refill process was better. I usually just plan to be without medication for 5 days between months since it takes some time to put in the request and get the request approved.

Great Online Service - 4.5 Stars
Overall, I'm delighted with Done. I've been receiving treatment since November 2020 and plan to continue for the foreseeable future.
[Onboarding - 5/5]
The signup/onboarding process was smooth. Done scheduled my Provider appointment for me within two weeks. My first session was excellent; the PMHNP listened to my symptoms, asked questions, and then we discussed treatment options over a span of ~25 minutes.
[Ongoing Treatment - 4/5]
After my initial session, the communication occurred through the customer portal website. I experienced a few technical issues as the website changed (which I expect is due to the growth of the company/service). The problems made it difficult to communicate with my Provider or schedule an appointment. I experienced one interruption that lasted a week, but Done switched me to a new Provider, and my treatment continued.
[Cost - 5/5]
I have found the convenience (especially during the pandemic) outweighs the cost of the monthly membership. I do have health insurance, and using that for Done would be great. Still, I prefer the accessibility and time savings of an online service.
[Customer Service - 4.5/5]
Done provides fairly efficient customer service. However, as the website portal evolved, I experienced occasional communication or user experience concerns (such as switching between email and webchat). My recommendation would be to have CS contacts and communication conducted through a dedicated page on the portal.
In my experience, Done support responded promptly within 24 hours and solved my technical or Provider issues within 2-3 days. I appreciate knowing the name of my CS agent, which seems like a 2021 change for Done.
[Communication Tools - 4/5]
The web portal improved over Q1/Q2 2021. Early on, the appointment scheduling feature didn't work for me, and I could not send my Provider messages. Both work now, and the website persists details such as displaying upcoming appointments or message threads. However, it seems that Providers working with Done might be overloaded as my messages occasionally remain unacknowledged. To fix this, Done should add tools for Providers. Alternatively, the Done support team could help ensure that patient messages, prescription refill reminders, or appointments don't get missed by Providers. They could notify patients to ensure communication doesn't go stale.
I worry that the Done experience is heavily influenced by the Provider a patient is paired with. I'm super thankful to have the Provider I matched with, and I hope more qualified, professional Providers continue to join Done.

Stop Day-Dreaming... Start Day-Doing!
I put off getting (re)diagnosed with ADHD, in adulthood, for WAY too long; primarily due to the perceived amount of effort and inconvenience required, when doing so via "conventional" methods (GP visit, referral, testing, more testing, counseling sessions (that have little/nothing to do with ADHD itself), etc).
So, when I stumbled upon DoneFirst, on Instagram, and saw how easy they made the process seem; I thought it was either being over-sold on effectiveness and ease... or, worse, it was unadulterated fraud altogether.
***THIS IS ONE TIME I'M HAPPY I WAS WRONG***
In short: within 24 hours of submitting my info, I was sitting "face to face" with Dr Kim (teledoc video call), having a substantive conversation about my history, symptoms, and ideal vs realistic expectations for outcomes. Once she felt she had enough info to properly evaluate and diagnose me; I found myself on the right side of progress, with a treatment protocol submitted to my pharmacy, and helpful "life-hacks" to help reduce the negative impacts of ADHD, in work and leisure, alike.
Dr Kim intently listened to my thoughts and feelings, addressed my questions and concerns, and appropriately formulated a treatment plan that is most conducive to long-term success, rather than just "throwing tons of medication at the problem" (the failed method, employed in childhood treatment)... Which I am immensely grateful for.
Now, about 6 months since beginning treatment; my mind and body feel "in sync"; quite possibly for the first time ever. I DO have an off-day here and there (which is normal), BUT I'm able to begin/progress/complete endeavors in all facets of life; with a higher degree of consistency than I ever thought I'd be able to achieve.
TLDR;
In the words of Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince: "Now this is a story all about how, My life got flipped turned upside down".
DoneFirst and Dr Kim literally changed my life for the better - Thank You!!!

My experience with Done first
My first appointment went well,
The doctor was very kind and even made me laugh a couple times. He made sense of what I didn't understand about my symptoms. Though my symptoms are similar to ADHD, He suggested that it could be due to a sleep disorder. (Which made a lot of sense!) So we are trying a medication for that first.
There was ONE issue. It was a long ten days of a pharmacy/insurance issue regarding my medication being rejected, my patience was worn thin. However, the Done support team was very communicative and helpful throughout.
They didn't hesitate to reach out via phone and expedited the issue when realizing the problem was drawn out longer than normal.
They have also set up preventives and reminders so this won't happen again when its time to refill.
Issue resolved, and today was my first day of treatment, so far so good.

Life changer.
My provider is very clear and understanding of how ADD affects my daily life. She plays it safe and worked diligently on trying to get my dose at the right level. I love that. I’m giving it a 4 star review because the website interface for the portal is so confusing and oftentimes glitchy regardless of the browser. It would also be helpful if members could schedule their own follow ups themselves instead of asking the care team to do it for them.

Overall pretty good
It's been an easy process to get diagnosed and find a medication and dosage that works to help manage my ADHD. I don't think they should have charged me to get a doctor's note (ADHD meds show up on drug tests for new jobs), but otherwise a positive experience.
