There is not 24/7 service. This is a blatant lie. And for the second month now, I have had to fight for like a week straight to get my meds. They do not communicate with you or your pharmacy and you’ll be lucky to get your meds as late as a week after it was supposed to be filled.
**update. They messaged me to schedule an appointment to talk about my concerns with the scammy company they are. They charge me. Make me set an appointment to talk about the issues I’m having. And say it’s urgent. The first availability is 10 am on Monday. That is not urgent. Also, no. Just talk to me. I should not need to make an appointment for you to give me answers I should already have. I’m reporting you to the board.***

Most major pharmacies refuse to work…
Most major pharmacies refuse to work with Done. This includes Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, along with major grocery store pharmacies. It takes a good week for this company to get anything done, even as simple as calling in a prescription (WHICH IS THE MAIN SERVICE THEY OFFER). Their support team is very nice and it's not their fault as to why there are so many delays. I've personally spoken to upper management regarding the dozens of issues I've faced and they did not seem to care at all. Wouldn't be surprised if this company goes under in the next few months.
You're better off using ZocDoc or a similar platform.

SCAM BUSINESS - THEY STEAL MONEY
I cannot in good conscience give this one star, but seeing as I have to put something down, it will have to do. They deserve 0 stars as my experience with them has been beyond disgusting.
My friends, stay away from this "business". I am going to have to report them to the BBB. They are a bunch of leeches who will take your money and not give you anything in return. They stole $99 for the monthly membership and did not facilitate my prescription for me. On top of that, they are continually charging my other cards. Thus far they have taken $495 out of my accounts in a single month, and i haven't received my medicine in almost 2 months.
This is absolutely ridiculous, their company is literally a bunch of crooks. When I reached out to them to be reimbursed for the monies taken from my accounts, they have refused to return the money claiming they need to contact the billing department, but in reality, no one from the billing department actually messaged me, it's the same person everytime, which makes me think they have a scam going on. Just do a quick Google search and you will see I am one of the many people who have been shafted by Done. They are legit crooks who should not be able to do business like this.
The Better Business Bureau and other agencies have to hear about this. Consumers deserve protection from corporate thieves, and it seems like the general consensus on the Internet is that Donefirst cannot be trusted. I don't do negative reviews, just look at my profile, all of my reviews are astoundingly positive. This negative review is because they have continually messed with my and refuse to refund me for the monies they have taken without equivalent exchange. They are crooks. Go to an actual doctor, believe me. These people do not care and will overcharge you and keep your money, claiming they need authorization from the billing department to issue refunds, to which the billing department will keep the money, like some vampiric cult of thieves.

There should be a zero star option
There should be a zero star option. The only communication you get with them is a survey. I refilled my prescription and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Pharmacy can’t fill the script no one will respond to any request to correct the pharmacy. I don’t recommend this app at all. Find any other online therapist.

Where to start
Where to start? I found done after doing a google search. Paid my fee, set an appointment, did the appointment. The provider failed to upload any notes and went unresponsive (which to be fair isn't Don's fault). Contacted customer service to find out what was wrong, two weeks it takes for them to finally say "oh hey, this guy isn't doing his job, so how about a new appointment at no cost" Sure, two weeks down the road. As I'm talking to the customer service rep, I literally got a call from another customer service rep from done. told the first one that their company was calling me again, and I swapped calls. Decided this was all getting to be ridiculous and decided that a refund was in order.
Now here's the fun part of the story. they agreed, didn't even try to argue that I deserved a refund. so they gave me my refund, with a $20 service charge. What service? I literally didn't receive any service, what I did do is go back and forth with their customer service for 4 weeks in total. 1 out of 5 stars seems too high, 1 out of 10 stars should be this review.

Not worth the hassle, avoid at all costs
I have had the same negative experiences with Done twice now. They send your prescription to the pharmacy, and then the pharmacy needs them to verify stuff after and it just sits in limbo. I'm unable to get my medication and instead have done charging me for services I am not getting. I was ghosted by my first therapist and never assigned a new one when asking for support. I came back to Done because I really need help and I thought I'd try them out again in hopes that my experience is an outlier. I'm currently dealing with a new therapist who is fine, but it feels like they push medication without doing a full proper eval. I don't really trust this company, but as someone who really struggles with ADHD I was hoping this would be a more viable solution. Instead they just take your money and let their broken systems leave you without an ability to get your medication and just continue to charge you monthly.

Horrible Customer Service and Hidden Fees
A few weeks ago, I realized I was going to run out of my meds. After a prior experience with being ghosted and given the runaround - appointments rescheduled for times I couldn't be there - I had returned to a meatspace psychiatrist to manage things. She was murdered, and I figured I may as well come back to Done to at least get this prescription while I tried to figure out a more permanent solution.
After being charged a reactivation fee and being told I couldn't continue with my prior provider because I needed a New Patient Appointment, I was scheduled for a 5 am appointment. Now, with ADHD, sleep is incredibly important, so my first instinct was to reschedule - until I realized they have a 48 hour cancellation fee, and I was given this appointment with less notice than that. Well, I'll suck it up, right? The new provider never showed up. I let them know my availability for rescheduling.
They scheduled me, with less than 24 hours notice, for a time when I was supposed to be in class (as the teacher, so I couldn't just not show up). I scrambled to find someone to cover that class, and then discovered that the school wifi does not extend to the parking lot. After providing my phone number for her to call me, I... never got a call.
So now is rescheduling AGAIN. I did everything I was told to do and set up an appointment for this afternoon. I got confirmation texts yesterday and the day before. I got a text today that oopsie-doopsie, teehee, we had to cancel! And now you're out of free appointments for the month, oh dear, would you like to pay us to let you schedule a new one?
