Many people in these reviews are clearly not taking the time to understand the structure of the done system and are not knowledgeable about virtual care in general. Done Care Team can handle almost any issue you might have, from prescription issues to insurance inquiries and everything in between. They worked closely with my pharmacy to uncover a shortage in my area and let me know my prescription was on back order. They spoke with my pharmacist who was unable to give them an eta on a re stocking of the medicine. They confirmed with a nearby pharmacy of my choice that they indeed had my medication and there would be no issues providing it. My provider Carlton went above and beyond and even took extra time to truly inform me of the stigma surrounding mental health treatment that prevented me from seeking out proper help in the past. Done really does care and it was the best decision I’ve ever made that has improved my quality of life greatly.

I've been using Done for about 2 years now. After years of dealing with untreated, chronic ADHD, Done has really been a lifesaver. I know there are some unfavorable reviews of the service but I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. My provider Jessica has been so helpful, responsive, and empathetic. She is highly knowledgeable about ADHD and offers great support.
