Don’t even bother or risk it, they’re just going to take your $200 and you’ll never get your prescription. It’s been 4 days and still no response from them no way of contacting them. Unprofessional company and definitely not a 24/7 company. Stay away from this incompetent company

Stole my money set me up for an appointment they canceled and when I tried to reschedule they charged me again I sent emails no response then I get a text about a third appointment I never scheduled... Saying login and give us your credit card info so we can issue a refund.... Not for the real appointment but for something made up... ? Omg what a scam, now there response HERE is reach out, we care, then why haven't you responded to the 5 emails or any of the text I've sent and why did you charge me 180 dollars before any consultation? Even their customer service is bull shirt I also received an email saying they were giving me a refund which I haven't received and another email saying they would love to help but they never responded to my emails but they e challenged this review by demanding info from trust pilot I have gotten nothing but automated response

They told me themselves they did not provide services BUT refused provide refund. Before going to them check out reviews at Better Business. This place is a joke. Anton David cuts and pastes same message. He also lied about his manager. Never elevated. Caught! I’ve involved Attorney General, BBB, etc. PLEASE check Better Business Bureau reviews before using these people. This is a dirty business exploiting mental health and stealing from patients. READ BBB REVIEWS FIRST. PLEASE IGNORE their response below. I’ve written 23+ emails. There in no phone number. They know the situation and an attorney is involved. How MANIPULATIVE +UNTRUTHFUL to write this response after 23+ emails. They knowingly stole - took money for services they did not provide. They admit it. THIS IS ABOUT FRAUDULENT BILLING NOT PATIENT CARE. AN EXAMPLE OF FRAUD AND GASLIGHTING.

Tamekia Crook, PMHNP demanded that I get blood work and a physical when I don't have insurance even though all my friends and family that used this app didn't have to do that. Are her demands based upon some sort of ingrained bigotry? Perhaps, but they definitely weren't based off of science. I already canceled my membership but I'm still out $100 for the worthless appointment.

After giving done a second chance, they blew it and I just deactivated my credit card linked to my membership (THE APP WONT LET YOU CANCEL AND GLITCHES UPON FINAL CANCELLATION!!!!) This company will start you on stimulant medication. You will pay a lot of money and your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of choice. However, 8/10 pharmacies do NOT honor prescriptions from done. So what happens then when you let your provider/ "support team" know there's an issue getting your medication? They ignore you! And in fine print are emailed being told any issues with medication changes take up to 7 BUSINESS days. I was ready to cancel my membership the first time it happened, but after almost a full week a very good representative actually resolved the issue and assured me it would never happen again. I decided to give done another chance...Thinking perhaps it really was just a one time occurrence. Here I am a month later and after finally finding a pharmacy that actually fills from done, the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock. They suggested I seek an alternative. I reached out to my provider and she refused to send anything else as an alternative therapy, and told me to find a pharmacy who will fill it, when this company knows damn well almost NO pharmacy accepts scripts from them. I'm baffled as to what legal loophole they have to begin prescribing stimulants to people and then tell them should a SINGLE issue arise, you're on your own and will be without meds. And the part that I find criminal? Not even the negligence, or the technical issues during appointments, or lying about quality of care people will receive..... WHEN YOU FINALLY ARE DONE, WITH DONE AND FO TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP THE FINAL ACTIVATION BUTTON GLITCHES AND WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL!!!!!! I had to actually deactivate my credit cards and inform my banks of this issue. Because the app will NOT let you cancel. If you do make the unfortunate mistake of giving these people your money and time- make sure you do yourself a favor and print out your diagnosis(can be found in profile section were super bill is) and immediately make an appointment with even a regular PCP. Bring copy of that diagnosis, and boom- now you're eligible to get treatment from them and can cut these crooked people out. Thankful for the former reviewer who put this piece of information in or I'd be totally screwed. Don't give these people your money!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is awful. I set up a $10 15 minute consulation and they charged me $199. I immediately told them when I realized. I did not recieve anything from them (medication or therapy or any service) and they refuse to refund. Apparently one 15 min consultation costs $199

They do not care about their patients in the least. Save your time and money and go to someone who's actually invested in your health and well-being.
