Done has been a life saver for me
Done has been a life saver for me. As someone diagnosed with attention deficit issues as an adult, the resources for me were not exactly plentiful, particularly when my insurance carrier changed and I had to find a new mental health provider. But in coming to Done, my therapist listened with empathy, understanding, and has put me on a path towards well-being and a sense of calm that I didn't think possible. It isn't just a matter of medicating the issue - she worked with me to develop a plan to improve my effectiveness at work and learn to counteract my issues with time-blindness and hyper-fixation.
