Disappointing Experience with Done: Lack of Transparency and Poor Customer Service
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Done, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. Firstly, the lack of transparency regarding membership fees and medication charges was deeply concerning. Shortly after I signed up I needed to pause my membership due to moving and less available funds and it was stated on their app that the membership would be paused until I reactivated it, but the charges were taken out of my account as if I had never paused. When I addressed this in an email the company insisted that it was clear that it would only be paused for a month, and they could only offer me a partial refund for the recent charge. To make matters worse, I never received any notice or invoice for the medication charges. Done simply withdrew the funds from my account without any prior communication or explanation. When I raised these concerns and contested the partial refund, with a screenshot for proof that the month long pause was not at all clear, the company remained silent and only refunded me half of the latest payment, ignoring my email entirely. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. It's clear that Done prioritizes profit over transparency and customer satisfaction. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their practices leave much to be desired. In conclusion, my experience with Done has been nothing short of disappointing. From unclear membership terms to unexplained medication charges and poor customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Avoid Done at all costs, unless you're willing to endure frustration and disappointment.
