An awesome program that has really helped improve my work life. I've had no issues getting ahold of anyone. Really thankful for donefirst!

So far I have had a decent experience with done. I got my initial appointment within 24 hours, and the provider was very kind and easy to engage with. I have had some frustrations with followup, however. The pharmacy where my prescription was sent was out of the medication, so I asked to switch to a new pharmacy, which took a few days. And the new pharmacy said they hadn’t received it, even though they found it once I insisted it had been sent. Not sure if that’s an issue with their system, or with done. It can sometimes take a few days to get a response to inquiries and requests submitted through the portal. However, I plan to stick with done, at least for the time being, because my experience has been much better than dealing with a lot of traditional providers, many of whom won’t even accept new patients.

Initial consultation was easy to set up and everything went smooth. Very convenient, as everything is done through your phone. Bit pricey though and the earliest follow up appointment I was able to get was a couple months out.

Finally being diagnosed and mediated for my ADHD has been such a relief in my life. I've struggled with perfectionism and procrastination throughout my life and was extremely self-critical about myself. Realizing that many of my struggles have stemmed from my undiagnosed ADHD has relieved a burden on me that I had not previously realized not everyone faces as well. Overall, Done has been a good experience, however, there are some issues with scheduling appointments (once without confirming my schedule first and my initial appointment was rescheduled w/ 48 hr notice).

Been Waiting 24 days for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. When it was finally sent, The pharmacy told me that doctor has banned from the Walmart Pharmacy. He told me to go to another pharmacy I have and its been 11 days and I still have not been found in the system for my prescription. I sent in a ticket 4 days ago and no response. Getting charged 80 dollars a month for the last 2 months without being able to pick up a prescription. EDIT: They have corrected the issue, so i changed it to 4 stars. Not happy that i had to write a review to get a response but it worked.

Company has terrible service and isn’t responding to emails about refilling prescription. They are lazy and slow about things that are incredibly necessary for individuals well-being. Edit: The company is now trying to placate me by telling me that since I’m in Massachusetts for school, I have to wait until I go back to California in order to get my prescription sent to me. (BTW, by writing a bad review I got a reply much faster from customer service) What is incredible is that a month ago before coming to Massachusetts I was told that I’d would have no problems receiving my prescription and the first refill was sent to my Massachusetts pharmacy with no problem. At the end of the day I don’t think the company is all that trustworthy and I wouldn’t take anything that they say at face value because they could screw you later when you need your medication most. Edit #2: The company actually did a pretty good job of helping me out and I found a pharmacy in New York that I could use. While I don’t really enjoy the fact that I had to make a bad review to get good customer service, I do appreciate the company for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy after seeing my original review.

I was so grateful to be able to talk with a licensed professional who is knowledgeable about ADHD. The process was simple, and my treatment has been effective. My only complaint is that there was a slight delay in getting my prescription due to many pharmacies not accepting telehealth prescriptions. That is not a poor reflection on done, however. I believe this is just because telehealth is relatively new.

Overall good experience. Consultation and prescribing process were quick and thorough. Every month I have had to reach out to customer service and compel them to fill my prescription faster which can be frustrating, but once I contact them the turn around is quick. They are definitely helpful and responsive!
