The is a scam. I saw this on tiktok and recommended it to my husband as he has been struggling with ADD since he was in middle school. His clinician didn’t make him feel heard and ran through a laundry list of questions so fast he didn’t have time to really answer to the best of his ability. When he tried to tell her about himself and clarify a few of his symptoms, the call was dropped due to a blizzard taking out our WiFi. His clinician refused to reach back out to him, stating he went over his allotted appointment time (she was the one who was late to the appointment). He tried to cancel his membership but the sight says he has to wait for the administrative team to review. Now we will likely be spending the day tomorrow getting this site flagged by our bank so they can’t rob us of any more money or time.

They're a pill mill. They also charge $79/month just for being a "member". I stopped having appointments and getting meds from them a year ago and just discovered that I've been charged this whole time. For what? The fact that there is an auto-renewal for an ADHD service seems very exploitative. Of course people with ADHD won't remember to cancel their memberships. Update: they called and offered a discount on future use of the service (no thank you), then refunded me a whopping $31.60 of the nearly $1000 is been charged without my knowledge.

I didn't like that, You can only go up 10 mg adjusted,my Medication needs to be adjusted to one pill at a higher dosage. My needs weren't met.

I do not want to continue being a patient. I want to cancel all appointments. I have not made all these follow-ups, and don't want to be charged for any more of them. Please make it stop.

Horrible site. Quick to take your Money but slow to do anything else. Only select pharmacies will accept the RX and to actually fill the medication is a nightmare. Five days later and still no RX because it takes them Days to do anything. Took two days just to send a RX to pharmacy another two days to switch and after confirming no pharmacy had the medication in stock, it took another day for a medication adjustment. Only for Done to take the whole day resending in the first Rx that they already confirmed was out of stock. Then they tell you to "call the pharmacy to see what rx is in stock" even though its damn well known no pharmacy tells customers what their stock levels are. Theie name Done is spot on. Be Done with Done. Go to Psychology today and find another provider. Then dispute your card charge. Its pretty known Done is a total sham so banks wont give you issues about disputing the charge. Waste of time and money. The plaform itself is horrible. The doctor you speak too is not the one who actually sends in the RX or is the doctor on the bottle. Surprised DEA has not shut them down

I’m going on a month since my appointment and still don’t have my medication. So far these are the pharmacies that do not accept prescriptions from done for controlled substances 1. Rite aid 2. Walgreens 3. Walmart 4. Safeway 5. CVS 6. Kaiser They reached out to pharmacies on my behalf that are 6hrs away. As if I’m going to make a 12hr round trip to pick up medication. They sent my prescription to a pharmacy that doesn’t accept telehealth prescriptions for this med after claiming via email they confirmed that they do. The online pharmacy they use isn’t accepting new clients for the prescribed med. Theres literally nothing I can do with this diagnosis or prescription.
