I heard about Done from a friend who had been struggling with ADHD for a long time. My first consultation was insightful and my provider is extremely helpful! The only reason I did not rate Done 5-stars was due to the website interface. When I receive a message from my provider it does not give me the option to message them back directly, so I would need to submit a form each time I want to contact or respond to them.

All in all, it’s a pretty decent service for what it does. The pros outweigh the cons in my experience. I have a provider, and I have medication that really helps me day to day. The con’s would be the wait times, the support team is always pretty fast with response rates but my provider probably has too many patients to get back in a decent amount of time, usually maybe 2-3 days. Any other issues I’ve run into are usually due to pharmacy concerns, which isn’t really something the service has any control over at times. I recommend it, if you’re okay with the subscription fees and have found trouble seeking out help with ADHD.

The first meeting was fine and I was diagnosed and prescribed medication a few days later. I’ve only filled 2 prescriptions but everything went smoothly, they even increased my dose after I requested it. They are slow to respond sometimes, so if you need frequent communication that may be an issue. Other than that everything has been fine.

I have had good success with my Dr using DONE. The only problems I’ve had is the refill aspect and scheduling. They are booked really far out so it’s been tough to get in regularly. Prescriptions are sometimes difficult to fill and they aren’t very fast at turnaround time if you need generic vs name brand or only one refill vs multiple medications. While I am very thankful this has helped me, I think the system is a bit overloaded and has significant lag time with pharmacy communication.

This service fills a gap in a huge need for ADHD treatment. I was a little hesitant as someone who works in mental health but I am glad I took this chance. This was so convenient and I felt heard by my practitioner. I loved that she asked my opinion and thoughts and took her time to get to know what I have been a struggling with. One downside I have found is there are limited amount of follow up appointments some months for my PMHNP so I ended up having to go 2 months in between appointments when my PMHNP wanted to see me sooner. I also had a question about a potential side effect and no one got back to me until about 48 hours later. I also have yet to find on the website how to get reimbursed by insurance. I definitely will say the benefits seen to outweigh the cons and I do recommend Done!

Done has been such an easy process and a great way to find access to ADHD treatment. In the past I had stopped bringing up my symptoms because previous providers would brush it off and leave me feeling self conscious of these symptoms. As soon as I met with my Done provider, he listened to me and understood what I was experiencing then offered help! The only complaint I have is sometimes it was hard communicating with the provider or support team. The support team was very nice and wanted to help, but if it was a question for the provider or if it meant communicating to the pharmacy there was often a few day wait period for those issues to be addressed. Otherwise I am very happy with the care I am getting with Done!

My Provider was: Ogechi Uzomah PMHNP in Texas I booked an appointment with DONE, because I was suffering from ADHD symptoms. Sadly, I had a poor experience with my provider. She made it clear within the first five minutes she either did not believe in ADHD or was very skeptical of it-especially in females or adults. The remaining visit was reflective of her beliefs as she kept trying to accuse me of lying about my medical history and was asking lots of leading questions in order to get me to admit whatever it is she wanted. I contacted DONE and thet assigned me a new provider for no new fee. Ultimately, that first provider left me feeling terrible, so I asked for a refund instead. They responded back quickly and processed it right away. They were kind and have such great service wish is why I wished I had a better experience. My advice for DONE is to emphasize to your providers know that you guys are an ADHD website. I felt like my provider thought DONE was a general psychiatry facility where she could diagnose people for a wide array of mental illness and tell them ADHD doesn't exist. She also only wanted to engage in therapy and showed a disinterest in medications. I felt like she was hired for the wrong job as no-one is signing up for DONE to receive behavioral therapy sessions.

I have had a good six month experience with Done thus far, my psychiatrist is excellent, he is very supportive and gives great feedback to help me manage my ADHD and I would recommend this company to anybody interested in trying them out.
