Good provider and friendly, professional service. I got assessed in a very professional manner, and received prompt relief for my ADHD. There were no issues the first time but the second month, I experienced a problem with my refill. For some reason, two different scripts seemed to be sent to my pharmacy and the assistant pharmacist accidentally deleted the second one. I had to wait but Done reached out and helped settle the issue. I'm hoping my third month will go well. Thanks for your help and patience with this complex case. I am just not sure about getting a refill on my perscription. I believe I got it to work last month. I am waiting to see if it works this month.

Still haven’t gotten my prescription and it’s been 2 weeks since I put in a request for it. I was told by the first provider I had, to request it as early as possible to avoid delays. I’ve been trying to do that and I still never get it on time. ***update Everything was resolved in a satisfactory manner. I was credited for that month and got a clear explanation of what happened. I also received my refill. Thank you!

Edited update and star updated to 4: as of my latest appointment with the Dr., my medication has been adjusted and the meds just came today. Hopefully this is the last adjustment that will be needed and from here on our it will be smooth sailing. I am making an appointment one month out (earliest available) in case I do need another adjustment. Initial review: I have had issues with Done almost from the start. At one point my provider ghosted me for over a month and finally they had to give me a new provider. Meanwhile for an entire month, messages went unanswered, I ran out of medication. Finally they assigned me a new provider but then they somehow didn't switch the backend so all my messages were not going to my new provider. That was another wasted couple of weeks where I was writing messages into the void. I at least have got my medication now with more on the way, though the dosage is not enough and I couldn't contact my provider in time before my medication renewal to request a new dosage (because of my messages going to the wrong place). This would be one star but I doubled it to two since they have slowly been fixing their issues. Pros: They're cheap, and once everything is set up, it's all pretty streamlined and easy, but getting to that point can be arduous. Cons: You get what you pay for. Appointments are short. Slow responses (3-day response window) Appointments are hard to get (about 1 month in advance) Their marketing claims 24/7 support but there is actually a 3-day turnaround for messages. (they have 72 hours to respond to your messages so it's not actually 24/7).

Enrollment and initial assessment were very easy. I was unclear on what to expect re: future appointments and requirements, but overall it's been an easy and pleasant experience. Support was carried out by scheduling a call, and the team was prompt and efficient.

Room for improvement but very satisfactory

I was hesitant to try Done because it really seemed too good to be true and I didn’t want to get scammed. But it turns out, this is a legit service and money well spent when it runs as it should. I was initially assigned a provider in my home state. He was very personable and seemed supportive and empathetic to my needs. I had been on meds for ADHD throughout my 20’s and 30’s when I had private insurance. A husband…And a house. And the 2.5 kids yada yada. But the last five years I was unable to get it prescribed after moving out of state and not having insurance and all the other circumstances that make getting meds difficult. So fast forward to a few months ago… I had been living at my parents house for several years without a clear plan on how to become independent again… when I decided to risk it and schedule with Done. I’m very happy I did. The last few months with meds & support I have made leaps and bounds on moving my life forward. I’m able to focus on what I need to do to accomplish my goals. A lot of it is just baby steps. Having the momentum and direction to start taking a step here and a step there… and wow… it works!! I have a plan for moving out on my own again …. entirely independent this time. I’m excited and curious and confident about what’s next… as opposed to just feeling apathetic and hopeless about my future. Unfortunately my first provider is no longer with Done and I was left in limbo for several weeks trying to get refills. I was unaware I could use the support function to call for help without being charged…. that was my fault.. they have you schedule an appointment for a call and there’s an option to redeem a coupon code… I assumed I was signing up to get billed $200 if I used that option. (After posting on this site I was contacted by Done Customer Service.) It took three weeks before I was assigned a new provider, she’s located two time zones away and definitely not as kind, sympathetic or personable as my previous provider was. My pharmacy refused to accept her out of state prescription but a friendly operator with the support team called around and found a pharmacy that would. The new pharmacy doesn’t accept my insurance which is fine… the price is well worth it. All in all… it’s definitely a good start. I would recommend Done to anyone who wants to get their ADHD managed to live a better life.
