I struggled with certain things (school, reading, acting out, focusing) through childhood and in to my adult years. I was never seen for it or diagnosed. When my child began having the same struggles, we took her to a doctor where she was diagnosed with ADHD. I figured it was too late in life to seek assistance until I saw an advertisement for Done. I completed the questionnaire with ease. It was almost eery how they had questions for all the things I was experiencing through life. I met with the practitioner via telemedicine. He took the time to listed to all of my symptoms and provided a treatment plan. I am early in treatment but cant believe the changes I have already experienced. I regret not getting help sooner. Being able to see the doctor in the privacy of your home and schedule is a game changer. All messages I have sent to the practitioner were responded to timely and with a response that satisfied the question/concern/request. Thank you Done! Not being able to pay with insurance for consults/membership is the only thing preventing me from rating them 5 stars.

EDITED. I’ve had problems receiving my prescription this month due to a provider issue. Customer service has worked very hard to right the wrongs, and I’ve now been set up with a new provider. I have an appointment set up for tomorrow and hoping my prescription is then sent in. I’m changing my review for now and depending on that, will update again. I had 3 greats months with no issues… until this month. So I’m hopeful things will be smooth from here on out with this new provider. They’ve also offered me a free month, pending approval, for my delayed prescription. Overall, I’m happy with the way customer service has worked to make this better. Assuming all this goes as described, I still recommend this service.

I wish would have “done” a consultation sooner. I have struggled with focus, mood, and energy most of my life but it was always attributed to many other things. My doctor took time to learn about my life situation and was able to speak to very specific resources to help me navigate my experiences with ADHD. He also provided a number of helpful resources. The visit was fast and it was a little confusing of when to reach out again— so if the system could send alerts of when it’s time to follow up, that would be great! —Especially for people with ADHD 🙃

I already had a diagnosis but my old provider was always overbooked and hard to reach. And when my old dr began to miss my refill requests and make me hand carry insurance authorizations to other people (very hard when you have adhd but are not on your medication!) the stress of these monthly tasks just felt impossible. I knew I had to change Drs. So I decided to try Done - it was simple, My Done appointment was easy to schedule and the Dr I saw was lovely and helpful. The provider listened and explained the process and helped me get back on a stable medication schedule and dosage that was right for me. She treated me like the 48 year old grown up I am. And best of all, it was low drama - to get the prescription and get it filled was a 100% better experience with Done. ADHD medication management needs to be consistent to be helpful- and now I’m able to keep moving in my life without so much stress and instability. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is bc once you sign up and are on a physicians roster- the website is a little confusing. I found myself wishing it were its own app or that it could tie into Healow, so you could get reminders and track it a little better against other medical stuff, via mobile device or calendar tie in.

The service is a bit expensive, but I feel like my provider Melanie treated me with compassion and listened to my concerns very well. She did a great job involving me in my own care decisions. The platform is easy to use and review your treatment plans on.

Over the last week I've had a much better experience than last month. Seems like they are better staffed or perhaps my previous complaints have been heard. The only thing missing for a 5 star review is refill waiting times. Seems like I can never get a refill in time and have to wait a day or so but this time it was much better than waiting over 7 days.

Done has been amazing! Very streamlined and straight forward. Very helpful, educational, and a life saver on time. No more Dr visits, or worry about a prescription fill. They get it all DONE for you.

Interview was smooth and at the scheduled time. My provider walked me through everything thoroughly. I was diagnosed and given a plan quickly. The plan I was given is perfect and has made a big difference in my day to day.my prescriptions have been filled on time and if I have questions they're typically answered within an hour. All in all it's been good so far
