My care provider Carlton Cain at done…
My care provider Carlton Cain at done first has helped in my journey living with ADHD and I sure do appreciate the hospitality and professionalism. I have no bad feedback to say about done first except for one area of the financial aspect of things that if I have health insurance , why can’t the appointments /consultations be covered by my insurance. Other then that Donefirst you are truly the best

Great service and care
They always answer my questions and tend to my needs accordingly. Once you learn how to use the portal to make inquiries and answer providers questions, one can count on getting the care they need. My provider has never failed to address my concerns and make adjustments when needed

Turned a sceptic into a believer, life-changing
To start, I was as sceptical of this place as anyone could possibly be. While on a walk one day I was scrolling along on my phone and decided to "take the quiz" or whatever it is called. What do I got to lose, right? I had a hunch I was struggling with something but was too hard nosed to ask for help. I was just going to continue to "power through it". I never knew how many symptoms I was experiencing until I was completely honest and filled out a checklist. I never knew how different things could be if I started treating these symptoms. Done has greatly improved my quality of life, my only regret is not doing it sooner. I'm sure as with all things, experience can vary by region. I'm in the upper Midwest, and communicating with Done has always been professional and prompt. I've had two video appointments with my clinician so far without issue. I ain't getting squat for saying this, I'm only doing so in hopes that it can help someone as much as it has helped me.

It gets better
The first appointment I had was less than stellar, but the team at Done heard my concern and immediately had me matched with a new provider who listened and continued to be someone who got my care dialed in and allows me to live a more full and happy life. My life is truly better because of Done and the care I’ve received.
