I don't have any complaints about your company. I believe I have been treated in the process that the NP originally thought useful. Thankfully, now, I have a new NP who is trying to help me get on the right track. Time will tell.

My interactions with the care providers and support staff have been very satisfying. There is clear communication and rapid response. I would like to see the Done team a little bit better staffed as it there's currently a three to four week lead time for consultation and advice appointments.

Same thing started off really good, communication is non existent I am really busy and don’t have time for these issues. Ok update… they contacted me and straightened everything out

***update, I was swiftly contacted by customer service and my issue was remedied. Thank you DoneFirst! *** First and foremost- The healthcare professional I was assigned to is excellent and none of my complaints pertain to her. On the other hand, the date that the company lists your refill isn’t accurate on the donefirst portal. I was told they sent a refill to my pharmacy four days ago-which they did not-(it takes some travel for me to get there which is not pleasant to arrive from this journey realizing they never filled your script) and the customer support end is definitely lacking. There is no customer service number you can call when they miss the mark. Communication is sorely lacking with this company. My best guess is there a lack of solid tech/communication between the healthcare provider and the donefirst staff. Not really sure what I should do at this point but I’m definitely considering ending my use of this service and trying another telemedicine service or just going to in-person treatment. It’s a bummer because the first couple months were great for my mental health and I didn’t have too many issues or complaints but I’ve noticed it’s gotten worse over time.

The diagnosis process was really smooth, I was worried that it would feel judgmental but the Dr. listened very well and understood what I was going through. I have been wanting to get diagnosed for years but always had anxiety about the process. I would give Done a 5*, but I've had some issues with my refills being ready on time.
