Not only myself, but I’ve heard from multiple others after the fact that they will take your initial $200 and then disqualify you and use that as the excuse to maintain your money. They do not specify anywhere that certain medication’s automatically disqualify you. Take your money and then tell you afterwards.

Just got an email after close on Friday claiming now all of a sudden my membership is canceled, ooo fancy huh>? Well what do you know, that's gonna cancel my upcoming appointment I've been fighting done to get since JANUARY. Oh they're closed on the weekends too so I'll just go sit and spin until they have the free time to reach out to me and "have someone look into it". Cant wait for the class action suit. Can't imagine how horrible it is for others or anyone that doesn't insist on receiving the service they were solicited and paid for.

This company is such a scam. False advertising they have no goal in helping anyone. They sent me over 30 text messages within the five minutes after my appointment asking for surveys and reviews. Then tried to charge my credit card another fee of $200. after the doctor refused to help me, She said that she was going to put my name back in for another appointment as she did not believe me about my history with medication. Well, I never heard back. I’ve paid the $200 charge for the first appointment and I received a prescription for a blood pressure medicine. Unbelievable.

I am writing to share a concerning experience I recently had with DONE, which I believe warrants public attention. Upon registering with the company two days ago, I encountered several unexpected financial charges that were not transparently disclosed during the sign-up process. Specifically, I was charged a $199 membership fee that was not clearly mentioned at any point prior to the transaction. Additionally, my initial appointment wa canceled, and I was subsequently billed a $99 "reschedule" fee. Moreover, the customer service provided was highly unsatisfactory. During an interaction with one of their representatives, I felt belittled and disrespected, akin to how one might speak to a young child. This experience has led me to decide against using their services in the future, to the extent that I would prefer paying triple the price for a competitor’s services rather than continuing with DONE... Given these circumstances, I strongly advise others to consider this information and exercise caution before signing up with DONE. I am also in the process of reporting this issue to the relevant people... To save them the grief and stress of dealing with these money-hungry people.

This is my 3rd negative review of Done. I first tried in ‘22. I spent 20 minutes with a clinician during my first week. Six months later, I needed a question answered and it took my clinician 2 weeks to answer, so I posted here and cancelled. In august of 23, I guessed they might have gotten the communication bugs fixed, so I signed up again. I didn’t hear from anyone for several days, and there is literally no way to solicit any help from their mobile site. I posted negatively here and was matched with a provider within three hours. (Their support staff on this site is 200x more responsive than their actual service providers. Be aware.) This provider cut my dose (that I’ve taken for 15 years) from 30mgs to 10mgs. She didn’t tell me she was cutting my dose in the meeting. I found out at the pharmacy. Cue another 2-3 days of communication trying to get it fixed and the provider refusing. I cancelled in August. This morning I got a notification that they tried to run my card again, 7 months later. It was an old card, so it was declined. Why would they resume charging without my consent 7 months later? This business is a dumpster fire. A pure dumpster fire.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!! My mother signed up to talk to a psychiatrist and when she went to get connected to the zoom call, she was having an audio issue and asked if she could call instead of the zoom, and they refused her request and the provider ended the call and charged her a $99 NO SHOW FEE!!!!!! And then they charged her $199 for a membership fee without her even wanting a membership. Worst ever they steal your money.

I was charged for an appointment that I tried multiple times to cancel pretty much immediately after it was made. I had to find their number on Google as I could not find it on the site- no response. I sent in two tickets on the only contact page on their website- didn't get any acknowledgement of that. Someone from their company called me at night when I was unavailable and then didn't pick up when I tried to return their call. I lost my ID and therefore couldn't upload it as required for the appointment, rendering the appointment useless, which is why I was trying to cancel it. Someone emailed me the day of to tell me I still hadn't filled everything out, I responded to them that the appointment needed to be canceled- that email was ignored until hours later, long after the appointment. Not only this, they advertised the first month as being $99. No code to input, just a link that you follow. I followed the link and was still charged $199 instantly, even before any forms or much information had been filled out. It's very clear where their priorities lie, and other reviews seem to reflect this same experience. I have been using their competitor, Klarity, and had a MUCH better experience- no fakeouts and no scamming. Edited 4/28- They're not "working very hard", they dismissed me via email and still have not refunded me. They do not care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Go to Klarity.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but if I could give this company negative stars I would. Done is a scam. They tried to charge $500 dollars to my account before I even got a prescription or had a consultation. Then, I asked for my account to be canceled and I was assured it was, until MONTHS later I got texts and emails saying they were trying to charge my account again. Do not trust this company. Run.
