I think Done is a great service and I am happy overall but I have experienced some delays in my appointments and prescriptions. Everyone at Done between my clinician and the customer service team seems to be trying their best to provide care and support. I have been using done since the Summer of 2021 and most of my experience has been wonderful. It is amazing to be able to get treatment online and not have to deal with the inconvenience of going to the doctor regularly in person which usually means taking time off work and spending money on gas. I have had delays in appointments and/or prescriptions 3 times. Done has been extremely responsive to my issues each time, even if there is not a quick solution. I have not had to follow up after my initial requests and everyone has been polite and professional. Overall, I am happy with the service I hope to keep using Done for as long as I need to.

Great people, Online Portal not so much…
Initially my review was going to be lower, and I’m glad I waited. I understand that you are a newer company and there will be trouble occasionally. Let me start by saying Love my provider. She is a godsend and such a kind understanding person. I never have trouble getting an appointment with her l, and the only time I have an issue, the DONE team got me an appointment the next day. I had never had issues getting medications until about a month ago, I’m not blaming the people, I’m blaming the online portal. I think you send messages and they just get lost. Once I got ahold of an actual person my problems were solved within 24 hours. However because a real person was hard to find I waited almost 30 days for a prescription. That is the only reason for the decline in one star. For myself going 30 days it was tough, but I know for some people with ADHD not having your meds can literally turn your world upside down. I hope this keeps the issues I had from happening to others.

so far so good
Quick and easy so far. Received my medication prescription as previously prescribed in the past. Physician was professional and listened. Prescription was ready the same day. Follow up is in 4 weeks. No real complaints so far. Will ask for a generic and hoping this is an option. Referring a friend so Done please keep up the good work and don’t let us down!

Unsafe practices, please help
I am desperately trying to get ahold of my provider team through donefirst. It has been 12 days since I have sent communications and have not received a response or my prescription. Because of this I have been obligated to file complaints with the Department of Health in the states of Georgia, Washington, and California. Below is a copy of my complaint, and more importantly an explanation of the issues I need resolved.
I have been receiving my psychotropic medication through Donefirst (donefirst.com). Because of the nature of it being an online service, there are times where communication can take longer than expected. Donefirst states that providers will respond within 3 days.
On June 11th I had an online meeting with my provider/prescriber J***** D***** (NPI********** - taxonomy code ********** - license number ******** (GA)), where a medication adjustment was made.
On June 15th I sent a message through the donefirst website where I asked my provider to confirm that the new prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, as the old prescription was still listed on my profile. I have not received a response.
On June 18th, the donefirst website listed my prescription as sent to the pharmacy. I have called the pharmacy every day since, and the pharmacy has not received it.
It is now June 27th, and after multiple communication attempts (through the donefirst website, the email provided (s******(at)donefirst.com), phone calls (415.671.2165 & 855.249.3663), and direct message through social media (facebook)) I have still not received a response from my provider team. I have received a response from donefirst saying that they will pass my communication on to my support team (the same support team that has not communicated in 2 weeks).
I am prescribed psychotropic medication. To go even a couple days without it is very difficult and even dangerous. To go weeks without it is nearly catastrophic. I am gravely concerned about a provider that cannot provide the medication or even communication to patients in significant need; and especially so when they still collect the monthly fees.
This is not the first time donefirst has not sent the prescription in a timely manner, though this is my most extreme experience.
I hope to be able to get this concern resolved, and moreover to help protect any potential patients in the future.
Update 11/2022: Done has seemed to have made a significant overhaul to their communications portal. I receive a text, email, phone call, or combination of those anytime I send any communication. They are quick, thorough, and are dedicated to following up with any issue I have had. Thank you Done for making these changes!

First issue in 1 yr
I’ve been using Done for the past year and I love my provider. She is always quick to respond if I have any questions or concerns. My refill was delayed for the first time this month and when I looked into it, it looks like they may be going through some legal issues but they were responding to my support emails every few days so I waited it out and I was able to get it filled. I’ve read a lot of review and I think a lot of people are having issues; not sure what’s going on but I’m hoping everything works out because this has been a very convenient and helpful way to get support for my ADHD.

**UPDATE 2 & 3**
**UPDATE 2**
I am having the same issue as everyone else (no prescription renewal, and no real help from support). I finally received an email from Jane with Done support telling me that my provider is no longer working with Done & that they sent my Rx info to the covering prescriber to send to my pharmacy. That made me feel better to have some kind of real answer instead of a scripted auto-reply.
I called the number for emergency support and I ACTUALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE!! I was so surprised that anyone even answered at all! The girl I spoke with was VERY HELPFUL. She explained everything thoroughly. She provided names and other pertinent info.
Here is what I learned:
I was given the name of covering prescriber (so I may contact should there be an issue with Rx renewal/refill) and that it was sent to him on Fri and that it should be sent to my pharm by Tues. She also told me that this will be my LAST PRESCRIPTION because they haven't found a replacement provider for OH. She also said to make sure I pause my membership so that I am not charged again. She said that I can be put on a waitlist to resume services once a provider is available again. So, anyone from OH, please pause or cancel membership immediately!!
I will change my rating to 4 stars if I actually receive my Rx. Whoever I spoke to on the emergency number was very polite and helpful. I'd give her 5 stars if I could. Done should absolutely put an update on website and patient portal explaining what is going on. So many people are really upset, and understandably so.
***UPDATE 3***
I did receive my June prescription finally. A representative from Done called me to confirm & discuss any questions with me. She was very polite and she thoroughly explained everything I asked about. She confirmed that this is in fact my last prescription because of there being no provider for Ohio still. I had to cancel my membership to avoid any future charges. Done will contact me once a new provider is arranged so that I may resume services. I appreciate the return call from customer support. I hope to resume services once things are situated at Done. I had no issues at all the entire time I was there. The people who handle the payments should be notified that Ohio is no longer able to participate & to stop contacting about payment for next month.
I hope everyone else that is having issues gets them sorted too. Thanks for everything, I hate to go.

I am going on my 3rd month with Done & I am very much grateful for the help from my Clinician. I have had no issues with prescriptions, I have been able to get appts & feedback as needed & on a timely manner. I am grateful for the ease & convenience of seeing my Clinician from home.
