I was nervous at first that it was not real but I was desperate for help. The providers in my area are sparse, or you have to go to a bad part of town for an appointment. Not to mention take off work and scheduling around my families needs. This was so quick,easy,convenient and shame free! I was Done. in a matter of minutes. I do have insurance so I was worried this was not worth the OOP, but it really was worth it. What I would pay in my co pay, but gas and missed time from work this easily is the better option. This program is life changing and I am so glad I went for it.

Done. has provided a simplified solution to those who need ADHD support. I was pleased with the efficiency and pricing structure of the services. It was easy to get an appointment. I have met with my provider a few times now, we have spent a good amount of time coming up with a solution that works well for myself and lifestyle. My provider was certain to walk through many details / scenarios so we could properly assess my needs and goals. In comparison to going through my health insurance and meeting a therapist at a brick and mortar location, this has been worth every penny. Simple, cost-effective, and supportive.

I’ve struggled with ADHD most of my life. It had gotten so bad I was having issues getting through daily tasks so at that point I needed to get back on my meds but really had no option with most local options being too expensive or too far for me to travel considering everyone’s insurance has a select amount of doctors that take them. Specialist fees were too high and not something i could afford. Found Done and used it, it seemed like the only option. Super hesitant bc I hadn’t done a virtual or online assessment. You pay an initial fee and a monthly fee every month which is nothing compared to the $250+ for specialists in my area. Essentially you get access to your doctor by virtual appointment every month for refills. You have to book your appointments in advanced or else you won’t be able to see your doctor and in order to get medication you need to have follow ups monthly but i think can also be every three months. I was able to adjust and they worked with my own symptoms and issues. My insurance covers my meds and so really all i pay for is the monthly dues which are super affordable. Will be using done for life !!

Very good experience so far. I like the idea of handling doctor appointments of this nature through an online platform. The flexibility of the platform is great for people who are very busy like myself. The monthly subscription fee is reasonable for what it includes. I look forward to more of the same great customer service and easy of use that I have experienced thus far. Hopefully this platform is a long term option for their patients. My provider specifically was very kind, understanding and helpful.
