I've used Done. to connect with my provider for about a year now. The platform is easy to use, and they have been steadily improving the interface since I signed up. The Done. team has quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns, and I haven't had any issues with the service. The providers they have connected me with are very easy to talk to, have addressed all of my concerns, and I find the telemedicine approach to ADHD management much easier and convenient than traditional options. Joining Done. was the first time I spoke to anyone to address my ADHD, and the results of treatment have really improved my personal and professional life. I can confidently recommend Done. if you're considering addressing ADHD symptoms, or if you want to switch to a treatment option that's more convenient than traditional office visits.

The members of the staff I dealt with were courteous, and efficient when assistance was required, same with the medical personnel. Overall Done is a great service if you need an online consultation + prescription, especially in the current times when an in-person medical visit would incur a heightened health risk. Tele visits are a great alternative, and services like Done streamline the process to a seamless, no-fuss, well-organized, pleasant experience.

I have seen Done’s customer service and portal improve greatly since last year. Their portal has become SO much more easy to navigate and submit refills. The customer service has also improved, offering texting in addition to email/phone service.

I had been on ADHD medication before, but once I turned 26 and was kicked off my parents insurance, and moved states I felt like no one could help me. I've struggled for years before finding this service. I literally cried after my first appointment because it is so rare to feel listened to by doctors. I get nervous of medical professionals judging me or grouping me, but my Done provider told me to please be honest with her about how my treatment was working and made a safe space to do so. If you think or know you have ADHD and haven't felt heard or helped in the past, I GREATLY recommend this. I didn't know what to expect going in and it turned out to be so helpful, easy and convenient! I honest don't have one complaint about this process. My doctor was so knowledable, honest and attentive. I wish all my doctor visits could be like this lol. 10/10

Been using Done for a few months now. The convenience of online appointments really appealed to me. The doctors I've met have all been very kind and helpful. Any time an issue pops up, the support team resolves in good time and clear communication. The pricing is better than my last online doctor also. Overall, a great organization.

I have been dealing with these feelings for a while now and with working from home, I kept letting other things get in the way. I knew something had to be done. I was having issues concentrating at work among other things and unable to complete my tasks head on. My provider listened and it did not feel judgmental. It was an easy process. I chose to use my local pharmacy however they were not very helpful at all so I reached out to Done and they put me in contact with their mail service pharmacy and it all worked out. It did take me having to call the mail service pharmacy the 2nd time around to find out where my prescription was, they had it for 5 days and had not sent it out yet. This has nothing to do with Done, just thought I would mention it. Done is convenient and treatment made easy to get myself in line. Thank you Done!
