I love DONE so much
I love DONE so much. Life has become less complicated since I joined. I had been off my ADHD medications for years because the process to get them is very complicated and long. With DONE it was a simple, straight to the point and judgment free. If I’m not happy with something or having any issues the customer service is great and will get you the help you need. I’m so happy to have discovered DONE it truly has made a difference in my life.

I hate anything that involves making…
I hate anything that involves making appointments. The idea of finding the energy and taking the time to search for someone to diagnose and help me treat the ADHD I suspected I had was completely overwhelming -- so when my nutrition coach said she had a great experience with Done, I gave it a try. I had my first appointment scheduled so quickly that I didn't even have time to freak out -- when I spoke to my provider I was very blunt about my experiences and why I was turning to Done, and a short chat later I had a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. When prescription renewal time came 'round a month later I knew I was feeling better on my 'script and shared my notes and we decided to stay with the same initial dosing -- super simple! The whole process has been very straightforward and I'm relieved Done made it so easy to finally get the help I needed. My experience has been so positive that a couple of my friends have opted to start with Done as well.

Quick turnaround time for prescription
I most recently submitted an ask to up my prescription dose. The process was super easy and took about 3 clicks. The ask was fulfilled in less than 24 hours by my Doctor. I just wish my pharmacy had similar turnaround times. Everything on the Done side has been a breeze. Very positive experience!

I recommend done.
I have been a member for 4 months . My appointment with Shannon went smooth . I felt heard and she really understood my struggles . Also their customer support is prompt . They reply to my email concerns right away . Thank you done.

Great and Simple Experience
I've been a member with Done for a couple of months and so far I haven't had an issue with them. Very simple easy process. Every month I will log in to the portal and request a refill and then they will send it to my local pharmacy. Very happy with the experience.

Amazing!
I've been using done first for about 5 months now, and glad I made the choice. I was a bit uncertain when I signed up but love their program and how seamless the process is. Would highly recommend them!!
