I am a 44yr old women that has just been recently diagnosed with ADHD. Most of my life I just joked that I had it, not thinking it was real because I didn’t fall under the usual hyperactivity symptoms. But going back in my mind I did have all the symptoms as a child, they were just masked with comments from teachers like ‘if she could just focus more’, or ‘such a social butterfly’. I’ve returned to school in the last 3 years, and this is the first time in my life I’ve been able to sit down and finish assignments without the usual distractions. You know the ones, when you see a leaf fall, then wonder how long it takes to grow, then all of a sudden you wish you could make parachutes for squirrels and wonder what they would watch on TV if they had one. Ugh!! This has been a huge game changer for me. I can finish things I start, I don’t find excuses to not do the things that I don’t find interesting (we most of the time, I am human :) Honestly, I never knew that my brain was ‘off’, I thought I was just stupid all these years, or lazy or both. It’s hard not to look back and wonder what it would have been like if someone would have picked up on this sooner. I do feel fortunate that moving forward I can have a better understanding of why my brain works the way it does. My experience with my NP was great. We talked about my struggles as a kid, young adult and adult. Talked about my schooling as a kid and early college years also my relationships. She helped advise me on the amount and when to take the medication. I received my prescription in a couple days and was able to notice a difference pretty fast. I haven’t experienced any issues with the company, or renewing my prescription on a monthly basis. They have been quick on reply emails (less than 24 hours) if I have had any questions. I have recommended them to a friend and they feel they have had the same great outcome.

Very pleased with the overall quality of service. Take a lot of the headache out of trying to find a provider myself. Done has really allowed to streamline aspects of my life that would have otherwise been really challenging to get to.

So far, Done has been amazing. The platform is easy to use. The support is amazing. The licensed practitioner I am working with has been empathetic to my experience and has really helped me. Done has been especially helpful during COVID. Even without a pandemic, Done makes my mental health easy to take care of. I'm busy all week and if it weren't for Done, it would probably take me many months to fit my mental health in. Additionally, I don't have to worry about driving in traffic, parking, sitting in a waiting room, etc.
