My experience with Done. and my provider has been absolutely wonderful, and life-changing. My provider was understanding, a great listener, and compassionate during the consultation and together we were able to create a treatment plan. She didn't just send me off with meds, but thoroughly discussed mental health practices and techniques to use in conjunction. I have my prescription sent to an outside pharmacy and have never had issues with the communication between Done and the pharmacy. They've always been prompt in answering questions via the portal which is clear, concise, and easy to navigate. I think the price is extremely fair, both for consult and monthly fee, especially considering the exorbitant price and complicatedness of normal psychiatry visits and adhd testing. Highly, highly recommend!

My initial consultation was quick to schedule and my provider was attentive and understanding. I was concerned about ongoing support from some other reviews I’ve seen, but Done has exceeded my expectations for service. I had a recent prescription renewal issue, and my provider and the care team were responsive and got it resolved quickly with great communication. The portal also now has an option to schedule appts. directly, so its definitely becoming more user friendly and easier to follow up. I think the portal could be further improved with more help content/FAQs for members, as the online support is somewhat lacking, but overall Done has been very convenient and the team has been helpful with questions by email and phone.

I really liked the straightforward-ness of my first appointment, I explained my current situation and why I was seeking out different ways to manage my ADHD. Shannon was super helpful, and was there through the online portal incase I had any questions or needed another refill for my medication.

I’ve had good experiences with DoneFirst. It’s cost efficient and everyone that I’ve communicated with via video chat or email has been helpful and pleasant.

I am really grateful to have found this company!! My doctor really makes me feel heard and valid. With all the stigma around ADHD, she has has created a safe space for me talk and get the help I need.

I was used to going into my doctors office, waiting to be seen and being way overcharged ($150) for my 15 min sessions. The worst part...my doctor was more interested in checking her email for new clients, instead of listening to me. When covid hit, I looked online to discover DONE first. What a difference! A telemedicine service that is easy to use, has convenient appointment times and doctors providing excellent patient care. The monthly membership is a great value too!

The questionnaire assessment is tailored towards individuals with inattention/ADHD. Getting an actual appointment with the provider you pick will take a couple weeks, and it will be done through online. I was nervous in meeting my provider and detailing my experience, but she approached my situation without judgment and was very professional. She listened to me and asked pertinent questions relating to my inattentive and overall ADHD struggles and even gave important feedback. She sent out a prescription for me on the same day, and although there were some issues with the pharmacy receiving the script, she got back to them in a timely manner. Also, the customer service department is excellent and always contacts you back at least within 24 hours. I highly recommend DoneFirst -- it is a quick, easy, and no-nonsense approach to being prescribed. I do with they had a more thorough diagnosis process, and perhaps that is something they can consider.

Done First has made really big improvements over the last year. Getting refills or connecting with help has only gotten easier and easier which is so great!
