I gave it a 4 ⭐️ Because of difficulty connecting the first zoom. Other then that I felt very heard and comfortable during my appointment. Dr Hammond took the time to ask many questions to fully understand me and my struggles. I have been on my Rx for a little over a week and I notice a difference in my attention and I also noticed I feel calmer.

I had a good experience with Done. For my first appointment the provider did not show up. Done rescheduled my appointment right away. The video experience was very good.

Update- The Done team has reached out and helped me resolve this situation. They were very professional and gracious with helping me with my concerns. My new physician listened to me and I’m one week into my new medication and everything is going great. I genuinely appreciate the fast response from this company and I’m hopeful with my new dr that my adult ADHD will be more manageable. I started done with high hopes. I got a physician that did NOT listen to me and my concerns. Physicians are not one size fits all and if it’s not a good fit then you just need to part ways. I requested a new physician and not only did done never respond outside of an automated text it sent my request to the same doctor and she wrote me a message that I need to stay on the medication and try taking it at night and then maybe a dose reduction. Instead of trying to help they doubled down. Don’t waste your money on this app. Very unprofessional.

So I signed up for Done. a month ago. I have a clinical diagnosis for ADHD that I provided to the care provider. It took a couple weeks to get due to the records being out of state and in the doctors storage files because we moved from that state due to my wife being active duty. I was prescribed Adderal XR during my first visit. I’ve taken Adderal before for my ADHD, so great, I know it works for me. I sent some messages to the care provider to let them know I was working on getting the records and offered to send a release as proof. Heard nothing back for weeks. Finally got the records and sent a message to the provider…nothing back! Got in touch with Done support and they got the records uploaded for me. Well i had 4 capsules of Adderall XR left at this point, I submitted a refill request! They say up to 3 days for the request. Should be good right? It’s been 26 days of taking and I have 4 capsules left. I shouldn’t miss a dose…boy am I wrong. Today I missed my dose and I’ve heard nothing back from my care provider. I can say that Done’s support team did get it handled and i had a refill the same day as they did an urgent refill request. They also took my concerns seriously and switched my provider. The provider I had, well she just wasn’t responsive and Done took this concern seriously. The support team is fantastic! I think Done has got that part correct! I do think they should hold the providers that don’t perform well, responsible so those providers aren’t ruining the company’s name. Overall, i am pleased! They get things handled when you need them too.

I have been with Done since June of 2021. I wanted to try a telehealth service, as in PA it is quite a hassle to get my medication (Vyvanse). The Done service is expensive. But for me, time is money. I don’t mind the membership cost considering the time value of going to a phyciatrist and a doctor every month to get a prescription. Now onto why I have a 4 star review and not a 5 star. They are late EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I’ve always acquired my medication (with a lot of calls and staying on the company to get my prescription filled) but never on time. It doesn’t bother me terribly because I follow the physician direction to skip weekends, so I have a supply built up over the past year. However, there was 1 month where my prescription was 15 days late, which I felt was truely unacceptable. I had to threaten to sue, and guess what? Within an hour I had the prescription sent over. That just showed me that my prescription was an oversight and no employees attempted to help my situation that particular month until I threatened legal repercussions. After that, though, all prescriptions were filled within a week of when they were supposed to be filled. I have made a habit of calling 3 days after the prescription date just to follow up, and generally by day 5 it is filled. I want telehealth to work in general. I truely don’t believe this company is predatory (as many reviews state), they just aren’t well organized. I’m sure that will come with time and I hope these types of companies become commonplace.

Appointment was good. Provider took a while to respond back from initial response, but they reached back after consult with treatment plan. Team emailed me back (after sending them a couple emails). They have issued refunds on the appointments they had charged me with. Portal is not very great and very minimalistic, however, the providers are good.

I've had a few stressful moments where a refill was not auto-filled, but the Done team has always responded to me via email, phone, and twitter. Every care provider appointment I've had has been with someone who was generous with their time (more than my PCP!), and was genuinely looking to understand and help me. I don't love the stress of wondering if the refill will be called in or the pharmacy will be filling it, but it feels like there are a lot of things outside of Done's control, and they've been responsive to fix the things within their control.

I am very disappointed. This is my first time ever writing a review for anything but I couldn’t help myself. This company is charging us 79/month and can’t even respond to my prescription request. I’m so disappointed. It’s been two weeks and I can’t get the company to do something as simple as change my prescription to a generic one that the insurance company would pay for. I can’t contact the doctor. I don’t know where she is. I’ve called four times and nobody can get this simple thing fixed. The doctor has apparently disappeared. My girlfriend had a similar experience where she signed up for an appointment and the doctor didn’t even show. She did conveniently get a no show notice and she had to get back with them. I will be looking for treatment elsewhere. Edit for 8/9/22 If I am critical when someone is not helpful I should praise someone when they do help. I have to admit that I was quite upset with what had transpired with my prescription change but the customer service at team Done have really come through for me since then. I wish I could recount the lady’s name because she was incredibly helpful and answered my every request in a very timely fashion. She was able to get me the help I needed very quickly and also made sure to keep me in the loop for every request. She also was able to go back and help my girlfriend. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received.
