Great ease of access. Any issues that I have encountered with requesting a refill, the care team responds immediately and resolves the issue quickly.

So thankful for Done
I've had a great experience with Done since becoming a member 5 months ago. I was having a lot of trouble finding a new provider after my insurance plan changed, and even when I did find a new one, their next available appointment was 6 months out. When I signed up with Done I had an appointment within a week and I felt very comfortable with the provider. It's been a seamless process and I appreciate their user-friendly web platform. In my opinion it's very affordable and I'm thankful to not have as many obstacles to getting my medication as with traditional doctor's offices. It's nice to be able to request a consultation with my provider at any time. Huge fan and super grateful for Done.

Making ADHD a Little Easier
I was able to quickly connect with a well-qualified care provider who thoughtfully listened to my needs and helped me find a new regimen for my ADHD. The app is easy to use, and overall a much better experience than in-person doc visits.

The simplicity of each step is key for people with ADHD.
Every experience I've had since I joined Done in the summer of 2020 has been easy and friendly. From scheduling my first doctor appointment, filling out the questionnaires, finding a pharmacy to fill my prescription, and requesting refills...the simplicity is so important for someone who struggles with ADHD. The customer service is timely (usually same day) and communicative with thorough information. My doctor has also been spot on with her recommendation for treatment. It's changed my life for the better in so many ways!

I love this online program
I love this online program. My doctor is super supportive and here to make my adhd symptoms better. Have already recommended to many friends and family and will continue to do so.
