I joined Done after my first semester of law school. I had always struggled to pay attention in classes, but this worsened with the intensity of law school and the Zoom platform. I struggled a lot that semester and knew I needed help before the next one. Done's platform was easy and convenient, especially given COVID restrictions, and the staff was always kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. The service has made this semester much more bearable and I finally feel like I have a real shot at success!

I don't have a lot of experience with done. and this was my first appointment with Dr. Memphis Sandoval, but it was good. I really liked how my doctor was willing to speak with me in a way that was clear and straightforward while still presenting herself with with a very friendly and professional attitude throughout the visit. There were times when I was over talking or something and she explained how limited our time was in a way that was not hurtful or threatening. (This is so much easier said than done and is something I appreciate very much when I see it in people.) I was really nervous at first, but assuming they keep me with the same doctor, I don't think I'll be so nervous next time. EDIT: In trying to speak with her since then, she seemed snappy and rude in writing. Idk what happened, but she was definitely a less friendly, less helpful version of herself and otherwise just not responsive.

Great company! They went out of their way to fix an issue with the pharmacy and my provider was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend to others.
