My experience with Done has been great thus far. My first appointment was a huge relief as I felt completely understood. This was very nerve-racking initially but my doctor put me at ease almost immediately and I saw huge improvements with my current treatment plan. I’ve only have one issue with my pharmacy which was handled promptly. The only thing I was I could receive a monthly statement/receipt for insurance purposes. I can’t express how grateful I am for the Done team.

I had my session last month and my NP was prompt to our appointment. It was a thorough, non-judgmental, and professional appointment. I felt welcomed and cared for the entire session. After my visit, I was prescribed a medication which was sent a day later. Even when the pharmacy I had originally sent it to did not have the medication, it only took a matter of days before this problem was fixed and my medication was sent to another pharmacy. The Careteam was very very quick in responding and resolving my issue. I am very happy with the service provided and how fast problems were resolved.

This service has helped me out sooo much. After a little bit of testing my doctor got me feeling the best I ever have. I recommend this service 100%! Saved me a ton of money too. Thank you all 😃

I've been using this service for months & am very happy with it. At this point I've been diagnosed with ADHD for years. My dosage, mood & health have been consistent for years. It's great to work with a company that gets that. They're available as a safety net if something should happen & some checkins are required. But with a previous service I found myself in ~20 minute long conversations about nothing, every month. All so that the rep could check a box that had nothing to do with me. I'm so happy to be past that.

Done is incredibly convenient and extremely easy to manage your treatments

I’ve been using Done. for about 8 months now. I am very content with this service! The support team responded quickly and was committed to helping me with my request for an accommodation letter for my job. It’s easy to request refills, but you can only request a refill within 7 days of running out of meds and sometimes the request takes 3 days to process. The other drawback is there are too few appointments with providers available. I have to remember to schedule a month or more in advance (which is hard for an ADHD brain to do).

At first I was hesitant in signing up not really sure what to expect. I'm glad I made the choice to go through the consultation process. My provider Kelly is awesome in so is the support team. There are never any delays when I submit requests. Further, my medication has really allowed me to excel in all aspects of my life. If you're on the fence like I was, I encourage you to give it a try. I'm sure you won't regret it.

Great experience. I was hesitant at first due to my experience with healthcare in my past. With Done I felt heard, understood and un judged. I am a 37 year old female and I never was treated like the issues I was having weren’t manageable or of concern (despite male family members having same issues and getting treatment) I felt like I was losing my mind until I took the chance with Done. I am happier, a better employee and mom and enjoy things again. Since my first appointment just being listened to and believed (not looked at like drug seeker) has given me peace. It’s been 6 months and it’s been smooth sailing, any issues I had with the process were addressed and answered promptly and to the fullest. The first refill I was a tad confused but if I just waited a little longer it would of worked itself out no problems at all. Thank you Done for being there and changing my life!
