I must say that I was nervous and anxious about my initial consultation. I've had a previous experience with my PCP that left me deflated, for lack of a better word, with my issues. However, my consultation left me feeling heard, understood, and there was no judgement. My PMHNP listened and received what I explained as my deficits and struggles. Donefirst has been a game changer for me. My life is in focus and the change is remarkable. Thank you Donefirst!

I looked into Done after seeing an online ad for ADHD treatment. I suffer from OCD which is similar, and as a child I was diagnosed with ADHD but I "grew out of it" because of behavioral modifications and knowing where to emphasis strengths. Over decades I was prescribed treatments and combinations. At the time of discovering Done, I was on a combination that helped somewhat but caused headaches. I was at a point of giving up, I couldn't progress any further with my doctor and taking so many pills. The advertisement for Done seemed like a reasonable trial because of side effects and lack of success from other treatments. My first session went well. I reviewed my medicines and dosages, explained the benefits I experienced, and the negative side effects. I was having horrible head aches everyday. My mornings were successful but afternoons crippling, I wanted to give up on meds again. The doctor explained how my meds at the time were the cause of headaches and set me up with alternative medicine. I was skeptical but open to trying something that might help. Slowly I tapered old meds, and introduced the new meds as directed by the doctor and this alleviated the horrible headaches I was experiencing. I went from six pills per day to two. Now I'm attentive and not obsessed with ridiculous things plus my afternoons are productive. This is a huge success for me and is benefiting my life.

I was nervous to get this process started. I was working in a career that had me juggling 10 things at once, when the pandemic happened that all stopped and I had a lot of difficulty completing tasks. After I filled out the questionnaire I knew this was a step in the right direction. My doctor made me feel at ease, listened to all my questions and concerns and continues to make me feel supported. I really wish I had done this sooner because it’s been a huge change for the better.

I'd been noticing issues for a while, but was worried about bringing up the potential of having ADHD as an adult. Done allowed me to discuss these issues in an environment that didn't make it feel stigmatized or try to make excuses for what I've been experiencing. I'm so happy I dove in and went for it. I've seen huge improvements in both my professional and personal life as a result of finally getting a handle on my issues.

I've been receiving some form of care and treatment for my ADHD for 5+ years. I've bounced between my GP, psychiatrists, and psych nurse practitioners, and while some of my care providers were personally great, there were always never ending issues with booking appointments and/or getting my medications. I haven't been using Done for very long but my experience has already been absolutely stellar. My assigned PMHNP is kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. She has already gone above and beyond my expectations! The patient portal is also excellent. Most healthcare providers nowadays have some sort of digital portal to use to book appointments, see prescriptions, etc., but Done's portal is by far the easiest and most straightforward I've come across. Booking appointments, requesting medication changes or refills, and messaging my care provider is extremely easy, as is accessing my prescription information if I need to send it to another doctor. It's abundantly clear to me that Done, as well as the doctors and mental healthcare practitioners who work with the company, have their patients' best interest at the forefront of the work they do. I have never felt more validated and better looked after. Done has, without any doubt, made managing my ADHD much, much, MUCH easier. :)

I tried Done. after receiving countless ads on social media for the company, and I was admittedly skeptical at first since the process they described seemed so simple. My skepticism was totally unfounded. My provider was professional and empathetic, and she really took time to understand how my condition was affecting my day-to-day life. The online scheduling was simple and I was able to secure an appointment within about 24 hours. The platform itself isn't complicated and was simple to understand. After my appointment, I received a follow-up call and text confirmation about my treatment plan. My in-state provider sent over my prescription information to the pharmacy and I picked it up within hours. The pricing for the service is very reasonable and the level of service is worth the cost for me. My only complaint is that I would really prefer for them to bill my insurance company so that my costs of monthly virtual visits and initial consultation could count against my annual deductible, but I will certainly continue to use the service in the future based on the ease of use for the platform, the professionalism of my provider, and the convenience of the online experience.

This review is long overdue, but I was in a situation where I was moving states and when I got an appointment, the first available one was 2 weeks pass my refill date. The whole process has been amazing and has helped me excel in the parts of life I always put in the back burner, plus all the healthcare professionals I've worked with has been very sweet and helpful. There was a lot of concern that I had to wait 2 weeks, but the wait is not a problem if that's the best they can offer. Dustin and the Done Scheduling team accommodated and waived the fee for the following month and put my mind at ease so I didn't have to pay for the month I wasn't going to get my refill. Lets just say they Done did it now!
