After years of pushing off seeking treatment because every time I tried, the process was so exhausting and I never seemed to get anywhere, I went ahead and gave Done a shot, with very low expectations. To my surprise, it was as easy as the reviews had said. I made my appointment online, took the pre-screening questionnaire and at the appointment the doctor was very easy to talk to, non-judgemental, and understanding. At the end of the appointment she explained to me the results of the appointment and what treatment option she suggested. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy that day and each month, all I have to do it log on and request my refill and let the doctor know of any concerns, questions, or changes. It is fast and easy, for someone with ADHD, that is exactly what I need, otherwise I will keep pushing it off. Done is a great solution to getting treatment to those of us who needed it quickly and easily, as they specialize in ADHD. I am so glad I decided to give them a shot! I just wish I would have done it sooner!

I just had my first appointment and I would definitely recommend. I was so nervous and feeling overwhelmed all day! but once I talked to my provider he put me at ease. Very nice and non-judge mental! That’s a lot coming from me Lol He even let me try the medication that I wanted. I see these negative reviews and don’t know why. I will post an update once it’s time to refill and let everyone know how it went!

I am so happy I found this service! I have been trying to get back ok my medicine after being off of them since I lost my insurance. It’s been about 3 years now, I finally feel like I am back to my normal self! It’s been years of other doctors being rude and dismissive and having me “try” medications I have already tried and told them I had adverse reactions too. (One even gave me seizures and she said that your body could change) I feel like I wasn’t judged and they actually care about what I need and what worked for me! I recommend anyone who needs help to reach out!

I was diagnosed with ADHD a long time ago but stopped treatment. I have recently started a position that requires focus and organization. I don’t have mental health insurance so was referred here. I am very happy with the treatment and I am confident that I will have success. Everything has been extremely smooth! I will recommend to anyone

The Done. site has changed my life. There are so many obstacles to getting ADHD treatment. This site has made it easy for people seeking treatment to gain access to providers that actually care about their patients and can tailor care plans to fit their individual needs. The site is easy to navigate. My provider is always available when I have questions. She was willing to work with me to find the best treatment regimen. It really has made all the difference in my life.

How healthcare should be; I am no “one size fits all”. I am human, I operate and think in ways that aren’t always “explainable”. Yet medicine has not yet advanced to that knowledge of understanding “what is going on”. At first I was unsure of my initial consultation as I had never looked into getting help for my symptoms. But after my first consultation I felt a relief knowing there was something that was out there that could help take control of my symptoms. Done made it easy and simple to seek help and receive medication to treat my symptoms.

My original appt was scheduled and when that time came I logged in for the virtual visit and was greeted by my provider punctually. After a discussion of my concerns that I may still have ADHD after being diagnosed as a child my provider informed me of the prescription she thinks would best suit me. That same day a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Fast forward to the next month and I submitted my refill request and advising my provider of continuing symptoms, my medication was adjusted and sent to my pharmacy. I was extremely skeptical in the beginning due to some of the extreme reviews that I myself had come across, but after being in a couple of month myself, I truly am satisfied with my overall experience. The only things I wish were a bit better would be the difficulty in contacting my provider and also the fact that there is no phone number available. Everything is done by a "leave a message" platform.
