I've been with Done for about three months now and I would highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns and my provider always takes time to make sure I understand and am fully comfortable with my medication before the appointment is over. On that subject, scheduling appointments is pretty simple and there are a lot of options for the time so it's easier to work into your schedule. So far Done has been a great option, it takes the hassle out of trying to get in to see uour provider when appt schedules are backed up for months. It gives you the opportunity to see somebody much sooner and go over your situation. 5/5 for sure

So far so great, I was previously diagnosed but my previous provider was expensive and just didn't feel fully qualified and equipped to deal with ADHD. Signing up for done was quick and easy, and so my doctor has been great. It's only my second month, but he has answered all my questions, and worked with my to address my side effects while providing effective treatment. Plus, as someone with ADHD, remembering and making it to a monthly doctors appointment on time can be difficult, so the system here is definitely a game changer. I've been extremely impressed so far, and I hope this degree of attention and care continues.

Done made it very easy to schedule an appointment and receive the medication I needed. I was able to get in within 2 days. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thoroughly went through all given information. I have an auto immune disorder and prefer not going into a doctors office right now. It was great to be able to do an online visit!

It was really easy to sign up and met with a mental health practitioner within two days! After discussing my symptoms I am now prescribed medication which is helping significantly with my day-to-day life.

The first initial appointment was amazing. My provider was easy to talk to and understood everything I’ve been going through with the stigma of adult ADHD. My insurance needed a prior authorization and my provider sent in the proper paper work same day. If your thinking about doing this go ahead and sign up. It is well worth the monthly subscription without the hassle of going to a doctor.
