Can't schedule follow up with provider. Out of medication.
Was told I had to have a follow up with my provider. I have had 3 calls to confirm my availability and no call scheduled. I am out of medication and going to cancel this service if this is remedied by the weekend.

Don’t use if you actually expect reliable help…
I signed up for an initial consultation from an ad. They overcharged me for the initial consult, and when I pointed this out they required I send them a screenshot "to prove" the amount they advertised to be the initial cost. So beware, and make sure you take screenshots of anything with this company. Since then, I have had problems nearly every single month with the meds. No pharmacy has the meds they write, so you are limited to their online pharmacy, which is a joke. My first prescription took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. In April, I went nearly the entire month with no meds because of issues with Done and the pharmacy. I am currently 2 weeks waiting this time around since I’ve been out of medication. The pharmacy blames Done, Done blames the pharmacy. Now they advised they will no longer cover the cost of medication with the subscription plan which they have done for the past 6 months, so I asked if they are going to amend what I pay monthly. Reduced services result in reduced costs, right? And mind you, they made this change with ZERO NOTICE. A refill was supposedly sent in, and when I called a week later because nothing had happened, the pharmacy advised "Oh, Done doesn't pay anymore so we have to collect an additional payment from you". That is how I found out. No reply to my question on the change in services/costs. Instead, a week later I found they double-billed me. I emailed them again, and again, no response. I have sent 4 unanswered emails at this point to their main customer service email. There is no number you can call. Oh, and I just found out today that the refill they supposedly sent in didn’t actually get sent in, so no idea at all when I can expect my medication this month, but based off of how long it has taken in the past, it will be at least another 2-3 weeks. Just be careful! You will pay, but you will not receive what you pay for! Go with another service provider for this, trust me!

I got transferred to a new clinician…
I got transferred to a new clinician out of seemingly nowhere after just meeting with my previous clinician several days ago, and my appointment was just canceled by my new clinician with no explanation or follow-up.

No actual support from this company
My prescriber wrote my prescription wrong. Completely an error on her part. She wrote the number of pills in my prescription as one pill.
Nobody there will help me correct it. It's an endless stream of auto-generated messages. I have been off my meds for over 20 days now and it has been really hard for me. It would be nothing for them to correct the situation, yet they do not.

Mental and Emotional Damage from Done's Poor Customer Service
EDIT: they've asked for more information - I've set up approximately 10 appointments with your patient care team. They finally got my records to me and upon review by a real doctor the MD in question indicated that the results from your doctor were not sufficient to conclude any diagnosis as the proper screenings were not performed. This company is a scam.
Done has caused me mental and emotional damage because of the incompetent and undertrained staff on the support lines, the convoluted, incorrect, and asinine procedures, lack of ability to connect with critical departments, and the overall unhelpful and unprofessional "support" that Done provides. The level of incompetency and lack of empathy I've experienced is especially infuriating because it's not the offshore employees fault that the training and processes suck and that the Done doesn't prioritize patient health and wellbeing
Customer support wont tell me when they're going to call and they don't HAVE a callback number. Even when I make an appointment. They'll call early and ive missed calls from the "urgent appointment booking line" that the PR department directed me to on Google reviews because they don't call on time and have no way to reach back out.
Every customer service person I've worked with has only provided canned responses and they read from a script and its absolutely dehumanizing for me to experience someone reading a response to a real life problem Im experiencing. The lack of empathy is astonishing.
Additionally, all the service reps I've worked with are non-native speakers of English which adds an additional barrier of communicative frustration because they don't understand how screwed up and convoluted this process is. They just don't get it because all they are trained to do is read from a script. The negligence of this company's training protocols is painfully obvious in every interaction with customer support. They've never been trained in customer satisfaction and support, and they don't have the proper resources available to help those of us who call in with requests.
I have been trying to get my records for a week and they won't send them. I sent the HIPPA paperwork even though I had to go out of my way to find a way to print the document and get it to them. Then when I did send the HIPPA document, they told me my document was unacceptable because I had to provide my email address in a box where there is no place to put an email address.
And that's not even me complaining about the completely asinine fact that I have to sign a release form to release my own information to MYSELF.
This is genuinely the WORST service I've used for online mental health support. In merely trying to request my own medical records to provide to the rest of my care team, I have experienced severe and worsening depression, anxiety, and my ADHD is out of control. All of this is the direct result of Done's ineffectually and lack of responsive and empathetic support.

Company is a scam
Due to a scheduling error with the system and sending me a notification for an appointment at the wrong time I missed a follow up appointment. Then due to the impossibility of utilizing the scheduling portal I was not able to schedule a follow appointment. All while this is occurring I have been unable to get any medication after taking adderall daily for years. Any professional in healthcare would know the side effects with stopping adderall cold turkey. I have been put on a performance improvement plan at work due to a decline in work performance especially paired with expecting my first child in November. Now I’ve been billed $320 for 3 months with no medication. Done now wants an additional $170 to schedule a reevaluation appointment over a month away? I can’t think of any true health care professional that would enable these kind of practices. Attempts to schedule an appointment from provider tell me not to use the scheduling portal but instead submit a ticket to be handled by an outsourced care team.

Scam. Not convenient. Not professional.
I became a member of Done Jan 10, 2024. Usually, it's $199 to sign up followed by $99 a month. They had a sale for $700 for the year, and I took that to save myself around $500. Sounds like a steal right? It would've been, assuming the service was decent. It was not.
A day or two later, I meet with a provider. After about 10 minutes, I was prescribed meds. I'm not a psychiatrist, therapist, or any kind of doctor, but that seemed pretty fast to determine whether or not someone has ADHD. That was the first red flag that this place being a "pill mill" might be true.
During the appointment, I was told that Done doesn't send medication to CVS, my pharmacy. I named one or two other big name pharmacies that they didn't send to either. That's odd. So, after the appointment, I'm struggling to find a pharmacy, because they either don't accept Done prescriptions or they're a 2 hour drive away. Well, I'll just have to get a refund. No can do. Done doesn't give refunds period, no matter what.
If that sounds like a scam, that's because it is. If you were to order something or pay for a service, and after taking your money were told, we don't deliver/work in your area, and weren't offered a refund. You just got scammed.
But let's assume Done works in good faith (they don't), the question then becomes why don't these pharmacies want to work with done? They know it's a scam or at least unprofessional.
I find some hole in the wall pharmacy that's willing to accept Done prescriptions. Done supposedly sends the prescription. After a few days of the pharmacy not receiving it, I ask Done to resend it. It arrives, but there's another problem. Prior authorization of insurance.
Jan 18 - Done sends prior authorization for the medication to my insurance company. That's supposed to take 1-5 days. A week later, they're "looking into it."
Feb 3 - They're "looking into it."
Feb 9 - I ask Done for an update. They sent a follow up request to start "looking into it."
Feb 16 - I'm told my insurance needs a "specific PA form and a letter of medical necessity with the request."
Feb 23 - I ask for an update. I'm sure you can guess the response..."looking into it."
Feb 24 - At this point, I get a little aggressive in my email to Done. I hate that I had to do that, but...
"We are pleased to inform you that the Prior Authorization (PA) for your prescription has been approved. Duration: 02/14/2024 to 02/13/2025"
In case you didn't catch that...
Duration: 02/14/2024 to 02/13/2025
2/14/2024 Is the day the prior authorization had been approved. That's 10 days before Done decided to tell me. The last 2 weeks they had been "looking into it" it had already been done.
But wait, there's more...The medicine they give me doesn't work. In fact, it damn near kills me. Turns out, the medication wasn't compatible with the medications I already take. Of course, I informed the provider of all the medications I was already taking for other issues. My actual Doctor was shocked that they would put me on this medication to go along with what I was already taking.
Now, after waiting over a month to finally get my medication and painfully living through the adverse effects, I'm defeated. This all happened before March. It's June. I haven't received one email from Done checking to see how I've been doing.
Done if nothing else is supposed to be convenient. That's why we use an online provider. It's not convenient. It's frustrating. It's unprofessional. It's a scam. You will be charged before ever receiving treatment. You will be waiting for refills. You will struggle to receive good customer service. You won't get a refund.
Make sure you change your payment info. Make sure you save evidence that you've deactivated your account. They will keep charging you. Just read the reviews. There's plenty of victims.
It's been months, and I've finally gotten around to writing this review and deleting my account. It's almost as if I have ADHD.
Edit: Wow, immediately after making this review, I deleted my account. First they offered 20% discount. Then they offered to pause the account. Desperate. After declining both options, I deleted my account. They don't send no confirmation email. No goodbye email. No nothing. It's like they don't want you to have evidence.
