I have been using this system since October 2020 and was extremely skeptical at first. A few changes in Drs, and system kinks the first 3 months however its all been addressed and I could not be happier. Dr. Abbott is fantastic! She is by far the best dr I have dealt with in regards to adhd. She truly listens to you and doesn't make you feel like your crazy when voicing your concerns. I can't stress that enough, too many times have I been made to feel weird or awkward by Drs in regards to my ADHD. Even though I have insurance, I would not leave Donefirst.com and leave the best Dr! Thank you Done. and thank you Dr. Abbott!!

This was so much easier than getting a referral and appointment with the behavioral health department with my HMO. I’m happy to finally start treatment for something that had gone undiagnosed for most of my life. As Im getting older, I find it more difficult to manage the worsening symptoms. The monthly check-ins seem like a great idea, especially starting new meds.

Incredibly easy and professional. The whole experience feels very personalized and intimate. It might feel weird not being able to meet with doctors in person, but they make it very casual and not stressful at all. And the price is very reasonable. Even without insurance.

Very easy process to book appointments and speak to someone about my current needs and how my treatment has improved my day-to-day. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid but never sought or received proper treatment for it. This process of meeting someone by video call makes it much easier for me to work into my busy schedule.

I had my first visit last week and it took a week later for my RX to be called in. I am okay with that but I wish I had known it would be that long so I could plan the best pharmacy arrangement due to my work schedule. I complained and a staff member listened very well, she didn't make excuses and apologized. She took ownership and helped me with exactly what I needed. I'm happy with how she handled it.

The initial appointment was very easy to set up, and the provider I spoke with was very helpful and listened to my needs. I just did my first refill, and the process was very quick & easy. So far, I've had a wonderful experience, everything is so easy to use, and I'm feeling better with the medication.

So far so good, but I hasn't been a full month yet. The process was easy in meeting with a therapist and my specific one was really nice and informative. I wonder how the reordering process will be, but overall, it was easy, clean, and professional.

I was super impressed with how efficient this process was. I never would have gotten treatment without Done.
