Done has one of the best, most responsive customer service departments i've ever had dealings with. They are caring, polite, and VERY fast to respond. Dealing with the anxiety is not something I do well with, and having these guys to keep the process smooth and easy it truly a Godsend for me.

Due to covid and my health insurance changing, I was extremely worried about getting my ADHD medication. A friend suggested DONE ADHD. At first I thought it was a scam, but to my surprise when I had a doctor call me 3 days later. The entire process has been extremely easy and helpful. From Getting my appointment and 2 days later having CVS tell me my prescription is ready, to how prompt my care provider is when answering my questions. He has helped me adjust my dosage so I can live a normal life again! I highly suggest! Thankful for DONE in such uncertain, difficult times!

I’ve been with Done for a while now, and it seems like their service has even improved since I’ve been using it. The doctor I have is really great (Dr. Harman Randhawa) - punctual, understanding, and supportive! So far, Done has been a really great service for me.

I’ve been with done for about three months now and I’ve had a great experience. You can video chat with your dr or message them to ask any questions you want to ask. They’re quick to respond and efficient.

Trying to find a doctor that takes my insurance, that has an appointment when I’m not working, that doesn’t judge me, is actually caring and understanding=IMPOSSIBLE. Done. made my life so much easier. With the amount of time (unmedicated) I put into finding a doctor makes the cost worth it. My Done doctor was understanding, professional and straight to the point. I got emotional and was hesitant because my previous doctor was so judgmental and didn’t have the time of day so I had no idea what I was getting into. He listened to my concerns, genuinely advised that I could reach out at any time, and was knowledgeable of what we were discussing. With that being said, I didn’t have to leave my house. I could have easily done this on my short lunch break. My medication was available the same day. I don’t have a single complaint. If you’re hesitant just go for it. You’ll be glad you did.

Finally, I have an understanding of why I do things the way I do. Harman Randhawa PMHNP is very knowledgeable and understanding. I am a very busy person making it very hard for me to take time to see doctors. Donefirst has made it very convenient for me to get help. I was very impressed to see that you actually have a real consultation via live video. I assumed it would be a bot like many other online services, but I was wrong. My appointment was very helpful and Harman Randhawa took her time to listen. I never felt rushed or ignored, I actually felt that she cared to help. I have seen improvement in my condition with the treatment I have been prescribed. If you really are looking for help that is professional and convenient Donefirst will be your answer.
