Done has literally changed my life. I went to my psychiatrist prior to Done, asking to be assessed for ADHD and my psychiatrist refused on multiple occasions. Instead, I was misdiagnosed and was given a medication that did not help me at all. I figured id give Done a try. When I spoke to my provider through Done, she was so understanding and listened to my daily life barriers. Without Done, I honestly dont know how I would manage my life. Thank you Done!!

Done has helped manage my ADHD since the COVID-19 pandemic began, and has been an incredible relief and resource in terms of helping me deal with my own personal challenges as the world itself has been uncertain and challenging. The interface is simple, the doctors and CS reps are responsive and helpful, and i've felt entirely supported through out the process. Thank you Done!

I wish I knew why 20 Psychiatrists over the years would not prescribe ADHD medicine except for the 3 females. 3 female psychiatrists prescribed to me my meds and then those psychiatrists would leave or get kicked off the insurance. What's really going on? Now, with Done, I get my prescription with a positive, knowledgeable and supportive specialist and team. Instead of experiencing the nightmare of being given meds for conditions that I don't have and then the side effects causing me unable to work, I just pop a useful prescription in the morning and can actually work with others without being too hyper. And if I can work, I won't become homeless. Literally-Done is keeping me from homelessness by prescribing my ADHD meds. I got so burned by the the bureaucratic government insurance. I pay cash each month to buy my meds. I would rather pay cash than receive free health insurance full of suspicious, trapped psychiatrists. I'm so Done.

Considering how daunting it can feel finding the right doctor, done makes the process straight forward and stress free. They’ve also replied to any questions I’ve had pretty quickly. Overall I’m really grateful to have found Done. Would definitely recommend to anyone not sure where to start in the process of treating ADHD

I have always fretted going to the doctors office, but with Done, there is no need! I did the consult from my home, had an excellent doctor that treated me like a person, not just a patient. Got the treatment I needed without going to a doctors office. I have been using Done for about 3 months now.

After having what I considered a nightmare experience, after various phone calls with support, etc, I did discover that even while donefirst may be understaffed, the support team really is trying their best to help manage your care. After a final complaint from me, donefirst quickly fixed issues with my provider, immediately sent my script refill to be processed, and followed up with me to let me know what had been done. You might have to stay on top of dates for refills or consultations but that can be expected with telemedicine. Thank you donefirst for fixing my issues and listening to your patients. What was initially a triggering response ended up being a good experience with this company.

Done. has been a game changer for me. Maybe I got lucky, but I finally found a doctor that actually listens and genuinely cares. As far as the cost, it's pretty reasonable considering it is out of pocket and definitely worth it for the quality and convenience of it all. The best part, though... I feel like MYSELF again! 100% worth it.

I've been using Done services for about 7 month and have nothing but positive feedback about my experience. My initial assessment with the provider put me at ease about visiting someone virtually. He was compassionate and knowledgeable. Follow up questions and requests were always responded to promptly. I think the longest I waited for follow up was a few business day. I've had to contact their customer service a couple times regarding the app. Both times were good experiences and communication was handled well via text or email. My first provider has recently left, but my new one is direct and responsive to requests making refills, often times same day making managing my health simple. Would highly recommend for those struggling with ADHD.
