My experiences with DoneFirst ever since my initial consultation 3 months ago has gone above and beyond anything I was expecting or hoping for. I’ll be honest, I already didn’t trust the mental health field due to past experiences as a teenager and young adult, which kept me untreated for over 40 years. However, my longtime PCP who I trusted had me on a small dose of Adderall for a year before retiring and I knew I had to pursue continuing medication for my ADHD combined type. Terrified as I was I began searching for an ADHD doctor through my insurance but found DoneFirst and got an appointment within a week, so I canceled my insurance based appointment following my unexpectedly COMFORTABLE experience. As good as it was with my new clinician I was still a bit skeptical of using an ‘online’ service, but took my chances and am SO GLAD I DID! From day one I learned that Done’s Care Team was as exceptional as my clinician as they rerouted my prescription to a different pharmacy from the one I had given as my preferred one due to them being out of stock, and all in the same day. I was definitely impressed and they gained my trust then and there. Every communication I have had with them has been addressed within their ‘response window’ or sooner when necessary. And with the higher dosage than my PCP was prescribing my symptoms were controlled more than I thought was possible including many that I didn’t even know I suffered with or were ADHD! I had a new lease on life thanks to the compassionate and professional services I received from everyone involved in my care. I am treated with the type of respect I didn’t expect from ANY mental health provider much less an online one. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for giving me a life above and beyond what I had expected or hoped for or knew existed. Try DoneFirst and you’ll be ‘Done’ with anything less.

I thought I may have attention issues since I was a child but my parents never sought treatment. It was something I lived with my entire life. As an adult I tried to make adjustments. I tried planners and routines that helped but I was never able to feel a true “flow state” at work. I tried to seek treatment using the traditional route but all of the doctors in my area but no one would see me, they were all full and not accepting patients.
