Very easy to make an appointment and get the diagnosis I have been seeking for years! I felt heard and listened to. I have not had any issues getting refills of my medications or in contact with the doctor.

I was nervous to even reach out for an appointment. I didn’t feel like someone who fit the “typical” ADHD persona, and I had never been on any prescription medication before. My provider really listened and was very helpful to recommend some options for starting medication. While I did have some snafus at first with getting the refills and being able to reply to my provider, they have made significant improvements AND the team behind the scenes has always been helpful to reconcile any issues. Even right now my insurance has denied a change in medication and the DONE team has been super helpful to make sure we work through getting another prior authorization submitted.

Ever since I can remember I’ve always had difficulty with concentrating on singular thoughts and action. I always suspected ADHD but the many physicians I saw because I couldn’t have a consistent MD due to lack in health insurance always simply said I was just depressed and put me on antidepressants. Yes, I did need the antidepressants but my ADHD was constantly being overlooked. Flash forward into adulthood and now I have health insurance but no physician believes I have ADHD because it was never diagnosed as a child. I have to be honest I’m always a sceptic even though I too work in health care, irony, right. I guess I was just so tired of the same answer I didn’t want to get put down again. Done has made this so simple I was able to get the diagnosis i that was correct for me and I was able to start medication and omg I can function! Like function! I don’t always have 4/5 thoughts fighting for attention, I can focus on a task and complete it! I can complete a task and it takes less effort than before. I can focus on a conversation, I’m sorry handful I took the leap and trusted done it’s by far my best decision ever. Thanks.
