What made my experience great is having a provider who is not only awareness of the impacts untreated of ADHD in adulthood, but supportive as well. What this company does well is provide convenient service for individuals who are unable to access office visits.

After an initially frustrating experience with a gap in service, I was contacted by a very helpful customer service representative who told me my provider had moved on. She helped me get booked with a new provider, receive the prescription I needed and get back on track. I am happy I stuck with this platform as I am now receiving the level of service I was hoping for and am optimistic that my new provider will provide a positive experience moving forward.

I have had the same frustrating experiences with Done as others have shared, and again this month had my prescription delayed because of issues they had internally with their system - which seems to be a complete mess. All of that is negative, and I don’t want to understate how frustrating it has been. BUT, when I reached out to their urgent support team, Zsa-zsa stepped in and really did a fantastic job of being honest about what the issue was and what she could and couldn’t do to help me resolve it. I truly appreciated her candid honesty, and even more so her continued follow-up until the issue was fixed (which took about 24 hours once she got involved). This review is really more as a thank you to her, but she is representing Done and doing an excellent job of it. If they were all like her, all these reviews would be positive, I think.

This is an updated review after speaking with their support team. After trying to resolve my problem for weeks, the care team is now rectifying it. It is disappointing how long I had to wait to have my case worked on, but there seems to be a lot of people (maybe whom had the same provider as me) that need help. I have been without a provider, due to mine abruptly moving without warning, and their replacement leaving the country. This occurred just as I switched medication, compounding the problem. This lack of preparation is unacceptable on the part of the providers, but that is not the fault of the company that manages them. If you have a good, reliable provider, done is a wonderful service. Every other provider I have tried to connect with in my area has a year-long waitlist and outrageously high rates. Online healthcare allows patients equal access to treatment, and these issues with staffing are not unique to done. If the care team follows through with getting me a new provider in a timely fashion, I will update this review to reflect that.

Issues that I had were resolved in a timely manner. So far its been a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

I was able to get meds prescribed right away, which was nice. I wish the provider had gone over the pros and cons of the different med options. She pretty much just recommended a non-stim med right away, which is what I was leaning toward anyway, but I feel like we could have discussed it more. I also wish she had recommended some behavioral ADHD assistance too. Meds are a great tool, but I think learning to manage distractions and time management are important, too. I did have a hard time getting the prior auth for my insurance. The customer service team are in an Indian call center and I felt like they weren't understanding what I needed when I was asking for the prior auth. Once it went through, though, I was able to get my meds no problem. I got seen on the 7th and was able to start my meds on the 14th finally. I've been on them for 6 days, and still waiting for full effects. We'll see how the provider follow up goes in a couple weeks.

I’ve been using for a number of years now and the team has been helpful with resolving issues that popped up during that time. Having it all in a portal really helps make it easy to manage.

I've been using Done. since early 2020. I used to receive treatment for my ADHD through my PCP, but they stopped offering ADHD treatment & I had to find a new provider. Luckily I found Done. right before the pandemic began and although there have been times where I've been very frustrated with the service, it's generally been a pretty good experience compared to driving to and waiting to be seen in an office. It seems like Done. has had a lot of issues this year which has been difficult to deal with as a patient/customer (my provider left the organization out of nowhere, delayed communication, delayed prescriptions). I came REALLY close to cancelling my membership with Done. in August 2022, but over the last few months, they've been MUCH more helpful and quick to respond to delays or issues that pop up. I'm sure the experience of using Done. must differ from state-to-state especially with all of the pharmacies rejecting telehealth prescriptions, but I generally have a good experience with Done. in Florida as a long-time Walgreens RX customer. Maybe long-time customers that have an established history with Done. have an easier time using the service w/ their pharmacies?
