It takes a long time to receive a response for instance when requesting refill on Rx, then when I finally get a response and I am told my Rx has been sent to my pharmacy, it has not been sent. This happens often. The last time it happened, I missed an entire month of medication due to Done's mistake and I was supposed to be credited a free month for this and have yet to see it (I have several emails back and forth with the done support team promising the credit, but have not received a thing).

Worst scam ever!
Oh, so is this site how I can finally reach someone?!
If you're not following the news, the heads of this company have been arrested for fraud. Fraud is how I would summarize my experiences with them in a nutshell.

Done is lowkey a scam
My first month with Done was great.
Second month began the trouble. Doctor sent script to the pharmacy Done partners with. After a month, no med was sent. When you call the pharmacy (outreach rx), no one answers and they don’t return your call.
Took 4 attempts messaging Done to get customer support (because their “contact us” actually just sends your message to your doctor and not to Done). There is an option to schedule a call. I missed the call by 7 minutes. They left me a voicemail with no call back option. I scheduled another time and they never called. I scheduled again and they never called.
After a week they replied back to my message that finally got to customer support. They told me that I didn’t pay Outreach RX which is why the meds weren’t sent. I asked why wasn’t I notified and they told me to call Outreach. It costs $80 for generic addy.
I call outreach and this time I managed to get someone. They told me their policy changed in April and that it was Done’s responsibility to alert us. I ask if there is a pay portal online, they say no. I ask to pay over the phone, they said they need a new script because they deleted the one I had.
I email done for a new script and they claim they have alerted my doctor. There’s no way to check if outreach got it. I was on hold for 1 hour today with them and no one answered.
I can’t change pharmacy because all the ones in my area will not fill scripts from Done.
I signed up for Done because I struggle to see my in person doctor and go pick up at a pharmacy but at this point it would have been faster and cheaper to just do it that way…
Note: Done will reply to this asking me to schedule a call time. Be aware that they never actually call you. I have scheduled 5 times and got no phone call.

A joke of a company - 7/26/24 - an even bigger joke
Honestly if I was allowed to give negative stars I would because they make your life with adhd worse, not better. Just adding on to the list of awful experiences with Done, provider went awol, she cancelled 3 appointments in a month and then wouldn’t respond to messages or to my prescription refill requests. Switched providers, after my refill was overdue by 3 days she also took another 3 days to send it in. But guess what she put the incorrect instructions on them so it looked like she wanted me to take 4 20’s a day. No big deal right, easy fix right? Nahhhh she’s been awol for over a week now, I’ve probably sent 30 messages without an actual response other than some patronizing bs. Stay far away from this company. Probably least professional, worst run company I’ve ever associated with. They don’t give a heck about you as a person, as long as they get their $ every month. Intentionally manipulate patients and lie to them to hide their unreliability, give empty answers as to why it takes weeks for your provider to respond if you are having an issue with your medication. Make it so there’s no way to communicate directly with your provider and close off any messages/inquiries you create on your portal saying “your question has been answered” when in fact it wasn’t and sometimes it wasn’t even addressed. Just overall the worst experience with any company I’ve ever had. They cause more anxiety and make your adhd symptoms worse because of the stress of just trying to get your prescription sent in on time. They are a joke and treat you like a joke. P.S. the link they provided me in the response to this review was also bs, never worked, it’s what they do, they lie and manipulate until someone decides they might lift a finger and help you.

They discharge you for no reason :(
UPDATE: I set up a call like they asked and waited for a call as stated on the conformation e-mail, but no one ever called me. 6-19-24
I was just sent an email stating that I have been discharged (after 2 years) because my provider didn’t feel treatment was right for me. I had my appointment with the provider the day before and he never mentioned anything. I was on adderall IR 20mg in the morning and 5mg at noon. I asked if the 5mg could be increased to 10mg since I still felt my concentration waning in the middle of my 13 hour shift. Being on medication is instrumental in ensuring I am able to focus on the patient and physician in code blue situations as an ER pharmacist. I used to get distracted easily by anything going on in the room and the chaos going on around me on a daily basis. I finally felt I was able to do things around my house as opposed to just thinking about them. I finally felt normal. Done will not answer my emails as to the reason why I was essentially blocked. Furthermore, I’ve had two practitioners and both of them always seemed bothered to speak to you, never smiled, and made you feel like a drug seeker for a medication that only made you feel like a normal human. Shame on this company for employing such non empathetic people to handle a diagnosis that has a high stigma only to feel even more stigma from them. I would recommend people not use this company unless you like being judged and risk being discharged from one day to the next when you feel you finally found the medication to control of your symptoms.

If you have healthcare already
If you have healthcare already, you’re better off working through that system. Done will require EKG and more from a primary care physician. Wish this would have been advertised because I’m out $200 now with nothing to show for it. Now my family loses the cash and I’ve gotten nowhere with my problem.
